steel I don't see them appointing anyone else from shining. Where was the supporting goodbye from Jimmy wishing the company a happy future and what a great bunch to work with etc.

Not good.Jimmy has left with "immediate effect" which suggests that there may well have been a disagreement over strategy.Shining are a significant shareholder and presumably they don't feel that things are heading in a direction that serve their best interests.Conjecture on my part but it's unlikely that the reason for his departure will stay a secret for long.Herencia are NOT in a strong position when it comes to negotiating this joint venture.

Probably off to set up the company that will buy out Herencia for a bag of beans, GS gets a golden handshake. If we are lucky we might get enough for a jar of vaseline to ease the pain as we get shafted.

many thanks and again you are right,
but shouldn't we all question into the core of the problems and ridicules recent RNSs, time being wasted, lies being told , promised dates missed one after another, nothing being delivered, soon no cash left and this stupid dummy is still dare to come out and tell the decent shareholders that he has delivered a win win situation here!!

we should take action against this company and Chairman who is eating from the same pot as GS, they will milk this cow to the last drop to finance their expensive life styles while shareholders like me , you, and Corb and poor Chad are screwed big time and this guy is dare to come here and talk about win win situation after DELIVERING NOTHING OF VALUE!

This is the part I have a serious problem with.

and anyone look at this fairly will agree !

lets get that clown GS and that lazy chairman out from this company and replace them with a new managements who can deliver value here,!

this MoU is a pure show, why does it take 5 months to discuss this? what about the past 4 months being wasted!

is that stupid clown is going to hold his silence and think the problem will go away?

come on, lets be honest, GS may talk so well and manage to con so well but he is still so stupid to have this unique chance for the past 4 years and still DONE NOTHING to bring this to production!

I tried to help him, the clueless clown refused to reply thinking he knows better, this was back in 2012, 3 years down the line look where we are!!

truly concerning that GS is still being let lose to continue with his damages

every single day of delay is a massive damage here,

people should write to this dummy and not just sit quite to think all be Ok, it can get worse and it will, believe me.

Stock,for my own sanity i wrote this company off a few years ago.I too are heavilly invested as yourself and many others i should imagine.Any movement forward and progression is a bonus,lets wait and see?

ONLY a true Dummy with stupid agenda comes here and release a RNS expressing win win situation for stakeholder WITHOUT explaining what happened to previous promises of open pit delivery by 2015, the feaso by March 2015, economic analysis and then without single explanation to anyone this dummy go on silence mode for 3 months and then come up with this stupid non-sense of MoU!! (non-binding BS)

SO if you are still so naïve thinking this clueless clown is going to deliver anything useful here in December (or really at any times), then you are truly in it for big massive shock.
just take a moment and reflect on the past 3 years only and see how this dummy managed to fool us all after countless drillings with NO VALUE being added at any point when it comes to production he had some excuses because he never manage to raise any useful money here, Lind deal was so stupid/disaster and wouldn't be consider as finance deal, it was a back door deal which this stupid dummy sold us all to those cowboys at Lind, and at the time came and said what a winner it would be, just like what he saying now!!
