found some more info ..Nigel Smith is the samaritan who on LGB BB helped people form a action group and done the base work etc and then put them in touch with the above firm.

I would suggest someone from here should approach this firm today. Then form a action group by next week with shareholder names by next week. We do not need everyone contacting this firm. Would TF, pranchalee or dutch take this forward.

what a predictable end to this pile of poop. As i said , years ago I got in at 1.5p, 3p watched it go to 6p and then sold out at 3.5p making a small profit, only to see it do nothing but go down to 0.01 . Surely no one was holding on this thread.

Did the directors lend some money recently making them 1st creditors.

bagwandeo, you are well wide of the mark there. Nobody who has been around on this and the previous board for a while doubts that he is a genuine investor and upfront. Whether he is a wise investor might be more hotly disputed.

I have my concerns about the fruits he is blowing hot and cold on here. His posts in the past have always been positive if he is so in the know how come he wasnt aware of the issues now being discussed Maybe he is AK . I hope I am not maligning him, but after this whole debarcle I just dont know who to trust. It is very easy to con people on these bbs as we have just found out.

guys - it took me all the past days to get in touch with my colleague. i asked him yesterday and will post it here later during the day. i.e if he finds the details of the samaritan. The reason being is that my colleague recently changed jobs and the details was on his work PC and did not feel important to hang onto this guys details. But he will do his best to see if he can find it for us. however we need some big holders here to take the lead.

Just to let the BOD know if they are reading this BB. Read the LGB board. You cannot escape. Enjoy the last few days.

tf mike wanted to know the naame ot the white knight and if you think the ip is wothless then why was i told that this company could be making a small profit within months as along as the cash burn could be reduced to 6k aweek it all stinks no matter anyone tells you.As far as the admin is concerned when i told him who the white knight was he hadnt heard tell of him and in the world of finance we all have heard of him so dont hold out much chance of him doing anything.
