06/9/2010 12:09 | If you hold shares in Eirx Therapeutics, please refer to post # 2458 on the ERX thread: | mike111d
05/9/2010 09:41 | Tony, it would be very difficult to prove they have broken any rules, it`s one of these things, Aim companies are notorious for keeping investors in the dark, or indeed misleading, but trying to prove it is another matter, I`m afraid HML will quietly slip under the waves, a ship with no life rafts, good luck. 03/9/2010 12:19 | Barclays RNS is now on most of the other AIM stocks. something about isclosing their aim holdings earlier, but as per the new ruling they did not have to disclose. | rajstar
03/9/2010 12:05 | And besides which the Barclays holding will have related to nominee accounts i.e. shares held on behalf of PIs. | mike111d
03/9/2010 11:21 | Read it properly Please be advised that the interest disclosed in Barclays previous Notification was subject to an exemption within the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and therefore did not require notification. Consequently, Barclays plc does not have a reportable interest in this issuer. So they reported an interest but theyre saying they shouldnt have had to at the time | pelleeds1980
03/9/2010 10:58 | So Barclays now have a holding that is less than notificable interest. Less than 3% but a holding nonetheless at a time when you could not buy shares. So something afoot | call_andy
03/9/2010 10:35 | Does that mean that Barclays will bail them out? | dr samsam
03/9/2010 10:14 | ???????????????????? | orado
03/9/2010 10:03 | What on earth is that about !? | spike9
02/9/2010 12:53 | OK lets have a laugh.......from the discussion here is it fair to ask if you guys going to provide working capital to bail out HML and pay the co's overheads for six months? | kntinshiningarmour
01/9/2010 22:09 | ob4 ref my last post(tonyhicken - 1 Sep'10 - 15:29 - 5621 of 5629) regards | tonyhicken
01/9/2010 16:37 | Tony, what did Maxine send you then ? An email confirming its all over ?? | ob4
01/9/2010 16:35 | ft - I'm not optimistic either, but the directors are also in this for a fair wack as shareholders and their 60k loan will not help them recoup that unless they are associated with a buying consortium or push for a large sale price. Because of their vested interest, IMO that is our best hope and there is a very slim chance of getting something. All IMO, DYOR | aaainvestment
01/9/2010 16:33 | tf I still think you should phone the administrator once installed. The last thing you want is this swept under the carpet and re-listed under some other name, on the cheap. | johnwalton
01/9/2010 16:24 | c_g Who is this inner circle ? I'm sceptical but would be pleasantly surprised if we get something back. I've written this off in my mind and have started to re-jig a few things to ensure that this episode impacts my family as little as possible. I'm lucky that I can do this but others on here aren't. Don't read my silence as meaning there are sinister moves behind the scenes (that I'm aware of). I'm not putting another penny into HML. I hope AK & IP are personally bankrupted and lose everything after the pain they have inflicted on those such as dutch & pranch. I could rant and rave on here ad-nauseum but its not going to help anyone here just remind them of their (and my) loss. Instead I'm licking my wounds. Gl all, hope something comes off but not optimistic tf | thefruits
01/9/2010 15:53 | Sorry but why does that explain anything ? | spike9
01/9/2010 15:29 | further to my posts and receiving an email from maxine theres no point in me posting again because i now know why i have lost my money but i did not read between the lines of the update on the 05/08/2010 which i should have.in other words from the RNS below it clearly states untill KMS responed with a signed offer we HML are unable to meet our financial obligations and therefore the business will go bust,so in laymans terms so will all shareholders please sell now to save yourselfs further hardship.. regards AK/IP ps from further updates the rest is history.... RNS Number : 6369Q Henderson Morley PLC 05 August 2010 ? 5 August 2010 HENDERSON MORLEY PLC ("Henderson Morley" or the "Company") (AIM: HML) KMS THERAPEUTICS ("KMS") - UPDATE As indicated in the RNS announcement of 3 August 2010, the Board reports on the status of negotiations with KMS for the disposal of the intellectual property relating to the Company's ICVT human portfolio. As shareholders will be aware, the Company entered into a Letter of Intent with KMS in February 2010. The Company continues to work with KMS to complete the transaction, on terms acceptable to the Company, however until KMS advise that they are in a position to complete the transaction we are not able to finalise an agreement. The Company is not able to provide any guidance on the timescale that this process could involve. The Board of the Company remains in the process of seeking to raise funds required to meet its ongoing operational expenses. A further update will be made, as and when appropriate. -END- Enquires: HENDERSON MORLEY PLC Andrew Knight, Chairman 0121 442 4600 BREWIN DOLPHIN CORPORATE ADVISORY & BROKING Neil Baldwin 0845 213 4726 BISHOPSGATE COMMUNICATIONS LTD Maxine Barnes 0207 562 3350 Gemma O'Hara This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange END MSCBUGDILSGBGGU | tonyhicken
01/9/2010 13:33 | firts concern for any admin guy is to get his fee. he comes first secon dand last. If he can down the company for 50k tomorrow and take his 40%c he will be off,job done. The only chance you have is 1. if a front line admin company is appointed[kpmg] 2. the ip is actually worth anything or a deal is signed. | johnwalton
01/9/2010 13:26 | No that isn't quite true Biffus. The first thing the administrators will do, if appointed, is to ensure the best return for all - be they secured creditors, other creditors or shareholders. They will try to keep the company running as a going concern. Once that is complete and if the business can't be saved, they will call in the receivers who will sell off the assets. They will then opportion monies raised - starting off with the secured creditors and, if there is any money left, share the remaining between other creditors/shareholde So Mike is incorrect (again) when he says that secured creditor debt is the first concern of the administrators. He obviously gets some sort of a thrill from doom mongering. | chicken_george |
