10/9/2010 06:49 | Im in agreement with that. | ob4
09/9/2010 22:43 | honestly speaking, i did not expect to see a bitter end. however, not sure if we should let the criminals rest in peace. my main a/c and SIPP now in deep sh-t. One of my colleagues was deep in LGB and it went under soon, i nearly missed going down too. However, many on that BB were helped by a good samaritan who helped some recover 70-75% of their investments. A city lawyer was involved ( not sure what his cut was) but at the end my colleague did manage to get 70-75% back via a cheque (personal assets of the director was frozen). Many on that BB did not agree or sign to this lawyer's fees and are still out of pocket. if i get the name of this samaritan tomorrow, we need to get in touch with him and hope he takes this case for us. Could one of the major holders here take a lead to negotiate, communicate with this guy rather then everyone. This guy also gets in touch with the FSA, media, etc. Before its too late, we need to make sure that the likes of this BOD does not get the IP. | rajstar

09/9/2010 18:53 | Pranch. The white knight is unable to help as AK and IP have made off with the assets of the company. The only chance of the white knight option working was if AK and IP had agreed to the proposal put in front of them. They opted not to and the company went into administration. I've spent a good part of today trying to see what can be done. Unfortunately AK and IP were at least a step ahead of us. The unveiling of the web of companies recently set up appear to suggest this has been planned for a time. The nomad believes we have been unfortunate rather than the victims of any sort of pre-arranged fraud. I guess the answer lies out there but at the moment we have no concrete evidence to suggest we've been illegially treated. It stinks but it seems like AK and IP have acted within the laws tf | thefruits
09/9/2010 18:22 | i was told last week that icvt was worth 2.5m alone so how can it be wothless now,the only thing is that if they sell it on then a large has to come back to the administrator according to mike.I am for e-mailing mike the name of the white knight. | pranchalee
09/9/2010 17:26 | thefruits - you have 1 private e-mail | dutch2
09/9/2010 16:52 | The galling thing is that knight and pardoe will probably crack open a bottle of bubbly tonight to celebrate the successful conclusion of their plan. I'm sure that any accusations of them being morally corrupt would be taken as a compliment. I suspect Knight's behaviour gives an insight of how his customers are being treated in his 'care' homes. GL to all. | ghost face
09/9/2010 16:52 | from my earlier posts: cutanea: CLS003 is a novel, patented antiviral agent. Initial development will focus on the treatment of cutaneous, non-genital warts caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). The product candidate is a topical formulation of furosemide and digoxin, each of which has been approved by the FDA for systemic treatment of other medical conditions. Cutanea has obtained an exclusive license for CLS003 in all non-mucosal dermatological uses in North America. HML: CLS signed a license with Henderson Morley in September 2006. It will pay over $6.75m on the successful completion of key milestones as well as royalties to the Company once marketing approval has been gained for certain dermatological applications of ICVT. How can IP be zero rated with 6.75M in the wings. Can the administarator in a matter of days decide the product is snake oil? If Cutanea have proven it does not work why has there been no announcement? | thefordprefect
09/9/2010 16:39 | I still think there's plenty of opportunity for a full and thorough investigation to take place into the HML fraud. All we need is a journalist who has the time, energy and resources to trawl through the HML back catalogue of RNS, to approach all the individuals and investigate whether all was what it was made to appear. Depends on whether anyone has the energy / time and balls to do this. | thefruits
09/9/2010 16:21 | they are all working hand in glove. Baldwin will not want this going any further. The administrator is only in it for his fee. bishopsgate been well paid and helped with the ----. The new buyers are only in it to either 1. cement the evidence or 2. start another company and repeat the hml fiasco. I think they will be doing number 1 and sometime in the future they will attempt number 2. | johnwalton
09/9/2010 16:11 | tilts you are correct. Apparently the administrators have been told the IP is worthless. Apparently the administrators have advertised the company for sale on the web but no interest Funny that the company weren't so keen on updating us where the adverts were tf | thefruits
09/9/2010 15:48 | this is from July, the key bit is the last sentence, within 2 months of them assuming that responsibility we are history, its a complete stitch up Commenting Executive Chairman Andrew Knight said: "We remain encouraged by the hard work and commitment that KMS has demonstrated to date. We continue to work closely with KMS to complete this deal. Both Ian Pardoe and I are committed to ensuring the successful sale of ICVT and it is for this reason that we have decided to undertake responsibility for the Company's short term financing requirements." maybe we should do a Nighthawk re posting defamatory information about the directors, my guess is that whatever you posted you would not get sued. Cos if you did then any skeletons would be sure to come out and they wouldn't want that would they. | kishka
09/9/2010 15:31 | so the pi gets royally shafted again, with absolutely no recourse against any of the directors involved in this debacle they get off scott free and just set up another business, that rankles a lot lucky i dont bear a grudge i guess, then again......... | kishka
09/9/2010 15:30 | why do AK and IP want to buy it? | jack1236
09/9/2010 15:29 | If the IP is worthless, why did the advisors allow the company to make statements to the effect that it was valuable, or has the IP lost value overnight!!! | tiltonboy
09/9/2010 15:17 | Just spoke to Niel Baldwin, he more or less said the same thing as Mike Kernick, no value in Madison, or for that matter anywhere else, doesn`t see any subterfuge in any of ths, bad luck, and bad judgement, so I guess that`s it, good luck to all. Truff. | trufflehound
09/9/2010 15:14 | Once again, sorry to all LTH's. There may be a few here that are less sanguine about losing their money than us, who might try and progress action against those involved. I await developments. | tiltonboy
09/9/2010 15:05 | AAA Thanks.. guess its turn to turn the lights out. Seems AK & IP have taken us to the cleaners. I'm going to do likewise and have just put in a small punt on RAM Hopefully I'm not going to jinx them over there. Good luck all tf | thefruits
09/9/2010 15:02 | thefruits - I have just this minute got off the phone with Mike Kernick, he has confirmed a few thing, heres how I rememeber it: -------------------- The company has been sold to those we suspected. Don't expect anything as a shareholder. They are getting loads of calls form shareholders and are being as helpful as possible (my experience also), but they have no requirement to do so and have not yet decided how to inform on the ultimate outcome (no duty to but again helpful). They will look at any "CONCRETE" issues that are raised because they want to explore any possibility or raising more money, suspicions and feeling agrieved do not count. Madison Animal Health have no assets and cannot yield anything cash. They will assess the company and act on any impropriety found. The other parties are/were not interested in making an offer and the IP was regarded as worthless by independent experts. The creditors are much less than the £1m suggested on this BB. -------------------- IMO we were deceived in the months/years running upto this into wasting money on second rate drugs I am writing this off now, I can't do any more, and will not post again, better luck next time to everyone. All IMO, DYOR | aaainvestment
09/9/2010 14:55 | tf, I'm sure Maxine would tell you more about Mr Dunne; I'm sure she must know who he is. One of the things that has crossed my mind over the years is that the selling that preceded many of the fundraisings might have been a friendly little account connected to the directors, and that is one of the areas that were I an investigator would certainly look at. There are so many different things I would like answers to, even if it proves "peace of mind", but if there was just one matter, out of very many, that could be progressed to having some proof of wrongdoing, then we might see action taking. History shows that so many directors get away with their "crimes", and it may be that IP & AK have done nothing "legally" wrong, so I don't hold out much hope. | tiltonboy
09/9/2010 14:51 | for links with Justin John and HML. Try this website: www.pinnass.com look at his history , then check out the links part of website. makes interesting reading | no1butler
09/9/2010 14:48 | TF I am not a member on the iii b&b, but cash and chips last post on the Madison saga is a good bit of detective work. If anyone ( iii bb member ) can ask him if he would not mind letting us have a copy to put on here. 3d | 3doogle |
