Looks like they want to drill deeper to encapsulate the fulll gas layer which enables them to calculate resource figures more accurately giving a truer NAV of what they hold. We hold |

Hooded I came to that conclusion when they reported helium shows all the way down and Helium and high hydrogen concentrations in the flathead and the fact they stopped drilling in gas as the rig depth was maxed out. This wasn't known before the hole was drilled and they didn't expect hydrogen prior to drilling this was an unexpected bonus |
Yeah but it doesn't happen very often :) I will feel a lot better when they release news that the well issue is fixed next month. |

Lord .... I had the same concern when it dropped to 16p but I thought "buy when others are fearful" so I had a big top up at 16.5p |

hooded claw - I agree. However, it's a positive RNS with firm timelines that dispel much of the previous guesswork. The Rudyard acreage extension is also good news.
I have to say, I may well have called this wrong when I sold half my holding after the previous glitch RNS. My fear was that there'd be a news blackout for a few weeks, causing the share price to drop. Whilst that did happen briefly, so far it hasn't been as dramatic or sustained as I anticipated. And as things stand I haven't bought back the half I sold.
Never mind. I'm more comfortable with a smaller holding, which might still serve me well. But wouldn't be the end of the world if things end up going Pete Tong (which is still a possibility, despite what some on here might suggest). |
How do you arrive at that conclusion, Tidy ? If that were the case we would be rocketing now. I don't see any change in confirmation of what may be there in todays RNS. |
The beauty here is before clink we wanted to know if it had anything down there. Now we know it's flooded with He and with the addition of high concentrations of Hydrogen coming to surface in the flathead.The new rig can tell us just how deep the gases go since they exceeded the depth of the last rig.All funded with double the cash they need in the bank. BOD all fully aligned. |
