Wouldn’t it be cost effective to de-list, or close down ?

Latest monthly CFEM figures:

CFEM for sales recorded November 24, collected December 24 = $R6,436.22
%CFEM = 1.923%
Suggested revenue = R$334,623.37

Using sales price of R$230/tonne equates to 1,455tonnes for month.

Sales to date looking like ~34,697tonnes.

Just December figures to complete FY invoiced numbers

This company has just paid CFEM equivalent to a revenue of R$121million for November 2024 sales of rare earth concentrate. From what I can see this is the first notable sale of rare earths in the whole of Brasil.
The mining method is at surface strip mining, the TREO extraction uses just sodium chloride and the interesting bit is mineral deposit is 'Saprolite'.

Keeping the doors closed probably helped?

Floods and landslides next?

On a more positive note, Christmas celebrations should hopefully calm down by January 7th of the year 2025. Then be interesting to see if the terraces and finances hold up in the torrential rainy season ? Then there’s the Carnival season and the end of the rainy season, so all good really ? Very excited to see if they discover any more common rare earth minerals

May be there's a possibility of another 6 months of directors fees?
Strange no mention of PVW in the HMI write-up?

Quadro 1:
Faturamento (Revenue) R$879,141.32
Quantidade faturada (Quantity Invoiced) 3,733.27tonnes
Preço Médio (Average Price) 235.49tonne

Quadro 2 - less 'Difference to be recovered'
DIFERENÇA APURADA A RESTITUIR: R$1.318,06

Faturamento (Revenue) R$813,237.92
Quantidade faturada (Quantity Invoiced) 3,502.03tonnes
Preço Médio (Average Price) 232.22tonne

You're right but the smaller quantity was 2022 sales/prices. For working out monthly sales R$232.22tonne is the average price for Aug 2024.

The spreadsheet on the attached link is listed as an 'external document' on the ANM website so it is very likely the spreadsheet was provided by Triunfo Mineracao... (Harvest).
The value that caused the adjustment was moved to 'Entrega Futura (2022)' future delivery on sheet Quadro 2 - so my guess is the the CFEM was paid in 2022 when they were claiming sales without being delivered. So 2 years later (Aug 24) they finally delivered it but forgot they'd already paid the CFEM and are now claiming it back.

By my calculations, that comes out for me about R208 Br for the first line and R278 Br for the smaller quantity. Does that sound about right. Clearly prices still on the floor.

This document is relevant to sales Aug 24 regarding a small refund for revised quantities.
Document gives a good indication of the current sales price vs monthly CFEM figures?

This had me chuckling !

" In addition, with the upward trend, purchasing inputs until December 20, 2024 can avoid possible variations and guarantee product availability."

I definitely think we can guarantee product availability, in fact you can have as much as you want !

Careful, the half year update described the position as:

"We are positioned for timely order fulfilment at relatively low cost."

What happened to 'high margin'?
