kreature,

Several, obviously, and it leapt up on them unannounced, Brazil being a catholic country and all that.

Proactive article probably written with the power of at least one brain cell. How many months was the Christmas holiday in Brazil last year ?

"The application is now anticipated to be processed early this quarter (Jan–Mar 2018), having been delayed by an extended Chirstmas break in Brazil."

Presentation Questions

1. IPO doc states that the Arapua project acquisition is subject to a future $1m payment to a company that does not exist called RV2. It appears that RV2 was liquidated just before the IPO. Therefore is it fair to say that you do not own the Arapua project at all ?

2. Your other assets Sergi and Capela have a history of being written off to zero before they were handed back to kmine then acquired by HMI. What plans do you have to increase the value of these assets from worthless ?

3. Is no-one else using rockdust because it's never going to replace all of the carefully selected ingredients of a traditional fertiliser ? Why is virtually no-one else using rockdust in place of traditional fertilisers ? Why was rockdust use abandoned in the 1970s ?

4. Is it a bit misleading or at least confusing to describe rockdust as fertiliser ?

5. Why did you host your AGM in Perth, Australia, rather than in London ? How many shareholders attended ?

you have to have optimistic deadlines to dump shares. my opinion

Have to say that I’ve run out of patience now. If deadlines hadn’t been stated they couldn’t have been missed. Stated they were, missed they have. I sound like Yoda.

Andy

The certification of kpfertil is significant enough to require an immediate (nearly typed imminent!) RNS as the information would be price sensitive. Still think it will be March at the 'earliest'

john Henry,

Companies sometimes time an announcement for the same day as Proactive or similar presentation, to have more impact on the night, so don't write BM off just yet.

Will they be doing the Proactive event via recorded video link from Perth, or will the broker be doing the presentation ?

This must be the most exciting field full of unpatented, uncertified dust in the whole of Brazil. Well done.
