nat,

Agreed, only around £20,000 traded in total, unless they're working a buy through at above NMS which might appear later.

but it's just rockdust. So even if MAPA give a cert, who the hell needs rockdust on the crops? By the look of it maybe one farm in the whole of Brazil, who also seems to be promoting dust? IMO - ATB

The incentive shares were a disaster. If they’d just waited until they started producing in decent quantities people would have agreed that they deserve retention bonuses. I suppose we can take refuge in the fact that they wanted shares not cash. With that in mind, had they waited until after the MAPA the price might have been double the present value so the announcement of that many shares would have been seen as excessive. Just musing. In the long run, the early announcement bags them more shares... MAPA will be announced and on Sales the share price will re-rate. Therefore the early announcement has only affected short term traders and not shareholders in the traditional sense

But why say early, harvest? Everyone knows the application has been submitted, and today is the mid point of the fist quarter if we are using January to March. It just seems like the company has undone all their hard work with these rash statements and especially the incentive shares which were poorly timed to say the least - we're now down 30% from recent highs.

Harvest has been assured that the application review is in hand and will be processed in early Q1, 2018.

Totaly agree hungary, for someone with his business experience his remarks were like a kid in a sweet shop. I think everyone was aware that businesses in Brazil don't operate at the same pace as those in Europe, so for him to say "end of 2017" and "early 2018" because some bloke smiled and told him that is bang out of order.

My guess is late March when the newly installed plant will be commissioned. Let's face it, they got their first incentive shares on feb 5th, they're hardly likely to get the next lot a week later ? And the target of 30k implies that the plant is not capable of large production at the moment.

As McMasters says "We've hit the ground running in 2018" !

Wow - there's a change in sentiment ! Now hiding behind the " old chestnut" that its not under his control. Why didn't McMaster qualify his statements / promises in the first place. Of course , as in society generally these days , no one takes responsibility.

He’ll definitely be squirming. No more using the line about always delivering. The silence is indicative of something which is completely out of his control. Just shows that it’s now a case of sit, wait and keep smiling. It’ll come but when... who knows

The one saving grace from today's shambles is that the freebie crew are losing a fortune as well - still, that's what you get when you tell shereholders end of 17/early 18/mid 18/late 18/early 19, hey lets call it 2020

Probably unlikely that MAPA can say that the dust works after just one season. It's taken 250 million years for some grass to grow at the mine site, so I'd give it a bit longer. Why were there no photographs of the new shed in the last update ?
