LAW No. 10.831, OF DECEMBER 23, 2003 says
'Article 3 For their commercialization, the organic products must be certified by an officially recognized organism, according to the criteria established in regulation.'

Dusolo's Rock Dust product has IBD certification:

So how have HMI made 'first sales' of "organic" rock dust KPfertil without a MAPA accredited SISORG IBD certification, or MAPA certification ?

LAW 6984 says 'The products referred to in this article shall also be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture.'

and MAPA say: 'Establishments that produce, import, export and market inputs must be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as products manufactured or imported.'

So will 'first sales' continue without certification, or do 'first sales' only take place in conjunction with share Placings ?

So How have they sold the dust before it has been certified, now that "rock dust" has been regulated?

March 2016
'Mapa regulates rock dust production, registration and trade in agriculture'

Video on the dust. Seems to be abundant

'Map regulates rock dust production, registration and trade in agriculture

With new legislation, consumer will have greater guarantee of quality of the input

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Map) has regulated the production, registration and trade of remineralizers, popularly known as "rock dust". It is a crushed and sifted rock that has the function of improving the physical and chemical quality of the soil. The difference for common fertilizers is solubility and concentration, but both have complementary performance. With the new legislation, the consumer can attest to the quality of these products, which will now receive registration of the Map.

Regulatory instructions 5 and 6, published in this edition (14) of the Official Gazette of the Union, set various requirements for manufacturers in order to guarantee the supply of quality and safe products. In addition, they define the rules that will be required by the ministry at the time of registration.'

Looks to me like there's nothing special about the dust which typically costs from R$200 a ton, which is $60 USD. The gov website says.....

' A ton of mineral fertilizer has an average cost of R $ 1.5 thousand, while the same amount of remineralizer costs R $ 200 to 300 (taking into account expenses with application fee and freight).'

Landsat 7 has been kind (22-10-17), they haven't touched pile 3.
Is HM sure sales are increasing or is it just the 'potential order book'? There was only about ~6-7kt in pile 4 imo.

10p now a very strong support level.
12p short-term resistance, on the point of being cleared?
In summary, I think the technicals are looking increasingly bullish.

hm - Do you not respect AIM rules and FCA rules ? Either you're the company posting what sounds a bit like priviliged info, or you want readers to think you're the company posting privileged info. Either way, you're a misleading twit imv - ATB

With regards to good news all I can say is that sales increasing daily and product being sold. Certification should be this year. That’s just a tiny piece of the bigger picture right now

It's quite ironic they have deleted the RNS 27 Feb 2017 from their website considering it contains the basis of the footnote that appears on all their RNSs since. Even more so, when the leave the Beaufort 'Flash' 03 Mar 2017 as an AIM Announcement.
Is that a shed I see? Wrong place I would say, or are they just using pile 4 as a drying bed?

Not seen the AGM agenda yet, but do you thing Luis Azevedo will retire?
I believe 3 years is the Aussie rule.
