Are there some RNS announcements missing from the website? Wouldn't that be a breach of AIM Rule 26?

AIM Rule 26
'Company information disclosure
26. Each AIM company must from admission maintain a website on which the following information should be available, free of charge:'
...'all notifications the AIM company has made in the past 12 months;'

So if total assignment of rights to Triunfo Fertilizantes was finally approved by DNPM, becoming effective 23 Aug 2016, was HMI mistaken when they said, 'The mineral rights related to the Arapua Fertilizer Project have already been transferred to Triunfo Fertilizantes' in the 2015 Admission doc

Is this supposed to be confusing ?

Admission doc
'The Directors understand that the Taquari-Vassouras mine is expected to close from 2017 onwards leaving both the Group’s Sergi Potash Project and Capela Potash Project ideally positioned for a low capex development....'

^Not as such,
Aug 2017 'SERGIPE EXPECTS MOSAIC TO MAINTAIN VALE'S PROJECT'
' hopes to increase potash production in Sergipe'

AGM Q:
So if the first-party is 'Triunfo Mineracao'
and the second-party is 'Fernando Pereira da Rocha Thomsen and Janine Tavares Camargo'
and 'the third-party vendors of the Arapua project' is the mysterious liquidated company 'RV2' , who is the US$1 million payable to ? How can the Arapua project acquisition ever be acquired ?

26.6.17 RNS
'As previously announced, once granted, the Company will be obliged to pay US$1 million to the third-party vendors of the Arapua project'

Admission doc
'Pursuant to a mineral rights transfer agreement dated 22 July 2014 entered into between (1) Triunfo Mineracao and (2) Fernando Pereira da Rocha Thomsen and Janine Tavares Camargo, Triunfo Mineracao acquired 100 per cent. of the mineral rights in respect of the Arapua Fertilizer Project. The acquisition is subject to Triunfo Mineracao making a payment of US$1,000,000 to RV2 Rio Verde Mineracao Ltda (“RV2”) at the commencement of commercial production in the areas of the mineral rights.'

Good point - assume the company would have to arrange payment at the same time the certification is issued. Would have to be like a property settlement where both transactions are done simultaneously ! How else can it work ?

Re the 27.2.17 RNS.....How will they get a full mining license on the Arapua project if they don't acquire the Arapua project until starting commercial production ? Bit of a catch 22 isn't it?

Admission doc
"The acquisition is subject to Triunfo Mineracao making a payment of US$1,000,000 to RV2 Rio Verde Mineracao Ltda (“RV2”) at the commencement of commercial production in the areas of the mineral rights."

Opportunity for the CEO to get a free trip home. Maybe an enquiring email to the Company Secretary might be useful !
