Thanks for clearing that up yp. As ever, you're a mine of information. No pun intended! |
Quadro 1: Faturamento (Revenue) R$879,141.32 Quantidade faturada (Quantity Invoiced) 3,733.27tonnes Preço Médio (Average Price) 235.49tonne
Quadro 2 - less 'Difference to be recovered' DIFERENÇA APURADA A RESTITUIR: R$1.318,06
Faturamento (Revenue) R$813,237.92 Quantidade faturada (Quantity Invoiced) 3,502.03tonnes Preço Médio (Average Price) 232.22tonne
You're right but the smaller quantity was 2022 sales/prices. For working out monthly sales R$232.22tonne is the average price for Aug 2024.
The spreadsheet on the attached link is listed as an 'external document' on the ANM website so it is very likely the spreadsheet was provided by Triunfo Mineracao... (Harvest). The value that caused the adjustment was moved to 'Entrega Futura (2022)' future delivery on sheet Quadro 2 - so my guess is the the CFEM was paid in 2022 when they were claiming sales without being delivered. So 2 years later (Aug 24) they finally delivered it but forgot they'd already paid the CFEM and are now claiming it back.

By my calculations, that comes out for me about R208 Br for the first line and R278 Br for the smaller quantity. Does that sound about right. Clearly prices still on the floor. |
This document is relevant to sales Aug 24 regarding a small refund for revised quantities. Document gives a good indication of the current sales price vs monthly CFEM figures?

This had me chuckling !
" In addition, with the upward trend, purchasing inputs until December 20, 2024 can avoid possible variations and guarantee product availability."
I definitely think we can guarantee product availability, in fact you can have as much as you want ! |
Oh yeah, legal fees ( to related party ) ?
Got to be positive tho…..at least it’s all honest and above board |
Geosicko partnership disaster…. Vendors gifted £1m for I dunno what ? More vendors gifted 1m for dunno, Christmas ? Agrocerrado sales disaster ? |
What happened to all the money ?
Oh yeah
Sergipe, Limestone Mine, Director's salaries, drivers rest rooms (seriously !) storage sheds etc etc |
Careful, the half year update described the position as:
"We are positioned for timely order fulfilment at relatively low cost."
What happened to 'high margin'?

“ enabling us to start investigation on potential concentration methods‘
Panning ? For is it embrium, titanium, magnesium ? Would it ever be economically viable without placings ? |
Tiros is next door to Arapua: |
From the last RNS
"In mid-November, we will receive the full set of lab results for the samples, including Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analyses. These results should allow us to identify the minerals bearing the REEs, enabling us to start investigation on potential concentration methods."
Guess they went down like a lead balloon ! |
Have the Christmas holidays started here ? 28th Nov ? Happy Christmas |
Not really, seeing as we dont have a fertiliser business we can spin off from. |
Now could you see Harvest doing this with their REE/director fees project?
YP |
They should rename it Common Earth Elements, as is seems to pop up for any listed dust company |
Be very interesting to compare Harvest next RNS vs yesterday's Verde announcement?

I don’t understand, so the bank is what given a bag of coffee for free, and then someone overpays for it, which isn’t laundering money I suppose. When was the last time a UK bank sold a bag of coffee or say a pint of milk for a ridiculous amount of money ? I suppose we have the FCA to keep half an eye on things tbf |
‘ His bag was sold by C6 Bank for R$100,000 ’
Doesn’t make any sense. A bank sold a bag of coffee ? |
Does this mean the share price will be 5 pence on Monday ? |
