when you look at HMI's website it's quite compelling. Given the possible valuations of just the potash near Vales' plant in Brazil (which is running out and going to close)we could see a significant re-rate if m/t's are further confirmed on the way to a Jorc.

Appears an additional 30 million shares were acquired unnoticed by Kmine Holdings Ltd on 9th October.

Some choice words:

"This suggests US$75-100/t would be
the minimum price Harvest could expect to receive for its product."

"Even at
these levels the project could support ~1mtpa of product,"

Do the maths on that.

Not the 4.3p one but the header has a link to a Mirabaud note earlier this year.

The market is interpreting it as these guys acquired more. But if you look into the filings it is just part consideration for the Sergi potash project.

No firm time given but must be imminent to keep momentum going with their projects. The new board appointment will probably also help in this regard.

Commenting on the quarters activities, Executive Chairman Brian McMaster noted:

"Harvest has come a very long way in a very short time. The Company told the market it intended to list in London and pursue its assets with vigour and to date it has met every deadline and expectation. The Board and Management look forward to continuing to deliver for shareholders in the next quarter and beyond."

Managed to get the article. Their comment is:
On paper, this looks very exciting and we expect strong investor interest once the market becomes aware of the story.

Otherwise, mostly a recap of what we know. They also discuss the mining options (sink shafts, mostly an upfront cost, or solution mining, costs spead out). Also, discusses opportunities with Vale if they don't develop a mine on their own (Vale extend the life of their processing operation or a JV with HMI.
