26/9/2018 16:14 | JakNife, It is common practise for miners who are moving from development to production to capitalise sales until they have reached (what is termed) 'commercial production'. The actual percentage for that appears to be a moveable feast! In the case of HMI it would appear reasonable (to me) for them to declare 'commercial production' from Jan 19 (ie their 2H FY19) as they are currently still building their production levels. Revenues generated over FY18 (ie until 30/6/18) and for 1H FY19 (until 31/12/18) will still appear in their financial statements but separately accounted for compared to their 2H FY19 figures. In the round, it makes little difference, other than a delay to reporting P&L & Cashflows under standard accounting guidelines. Chip | chipperfrd
26/9/2018 12:58 | "Please note that the only party with accurate information is the Company, not individual pundits commenting in unregulated forums." Perhaps a private forum should be set up to exclude any interested posters who post negative opinions or concerns? I'd vote for YP as moderator | kreature
26/9/2018 12:01 | I believe that’s all the questions answered. Although I have a couple.... Conservatively, in a couple of years time we think 300ktpa will be logged which will be approx 260,000 tonnes of pure profit. How much dividend will be payable on $13 million profit? What will the market cap be then? | harvestminerals
26/9/2018 10:21 | Q7. The Company has made a decision to hold off revenue recognition until the new financial year.....to assist investors in seeing performance from a "standing start". Very considerate | kreature
25/9/2018 15:22 | I feel an RNS in the air.... | harvestminerals
23/9/2018 13:19 | The photos don't convey a working mine to me. The place looks virtually abandoned bar for an empty cable drum and a digger, and one or two odds and ends. IMO - Any sign of the MAPA cert yet ? | kreature
20/9/2018 09:33 | I think the word 'product' would be tautological if kpfertil were a fertiliser. It may have been placed in a fertiliser and remineraliser category in the RNS..... but kpfertil is a soil remineraliser, and it has apparently been registered as a soil remineraliser with the governing body MAPA. It is not registered as a direct application natural fertiliser at MAPA, and therefore it is not a fertiliser. IMO - ATB | kreature
20/9/2018 08:00 | They sell Kpfertil which is a direct application natural FERTILISER: "Harvest Minerals Limited, the AIM listed fertiliser producer, has received outstanding results from recent agronomic studies testing KPfértil, its direct application natural fertiliser and remineraliser product, on Brachiara (or Signal grass)." Hungary, All in good time fella all in good time. They've only recently got in with a large distributor. Yes sales are likely to fly in the future as they steal market share from the lesser fertilisers, especially as KPfertil is not only cheaper but outperforms them (RNS 17/9/18). They're significant margins on KPfertil too. Regards, Ed. | edgein
19/9/2018 21:33 | Sales must be significant then ! | hungary16
19/9/2018 19:37 | HMI do not sell any fertiliser though. It is rockdust. | kreature
19/9/2018 18:09 | ypy, We don't mind, Brazil imports 90% of its fertiliser, HMI will change that though as its outperforming even the most popular fertiliser TSP. They're gaining ground in a massive market. Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/9/2018 17:49 | Even I understand that one yp. Surely it's 140 tons of dust per square blade of grass ? | kreature
18/9/2018 13:51 | "Agronomic tests demonstrate that as a slow release source of potassium ('K') and phosphate ('P'), KPfértil outperforms traditional Super Triple Phosphate ('TSP') fertilisers, increasing both plant growth (dry matter production) and yield (agronomic efficiency)" Harvest's Executive Chairman, Brian McMaster, said, "These results confirm the long term effectiveness of KPfértil as a remineraliser for grass pasture; opening up a huge market for us given that Brazil has over 40 million hectares of signal grass planted. Even though these tests were completed only recently, our sales team has already secured several small orders so that customers can begin to see the benefits for themselves. We expect this take-up rate to increase as we develop and implement our market strategies to the local graziers." Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/9/2018 09:46 | I wonder if the UFU would agree with : 'These results demonstrate that in like-for-like dosages, KPfértil will perform almost to the same standard as traditional fertilisers, and by applying slightly more KPfértil, the performances can be identical.' | kreature
18/9/2018 09:43 | I think management need to get out and do some promotion of the company ! | hungary16
18/9/2018 09:27 | Great news. Results look conclusive and farmers immediately buying. This more than doubles the available market and makes me feel even happier about this share - it’s the one I don’t need to worry about. | harvestminerals
18/9/2018 09:24 | If, '"These results confirm the long term effectiveness of KPfértil as a remineraliser for grass pasture;' why the need for, 'we will be conducting a trial over two years demonstrating the long term benefit of replacing traditional fertiliser with KPfértil for Signal grass.' ? | kreature
18/9/2018 08:05 | Start with reading the RNS: "Tests were conducted by the Federal University of Uberlândia ('UFU'), an institution approved by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply ('MAPA')." Man these derampers hate the fact that KPfertil is showing better results than the commonly used fertilisers. Not only because the company can make the stuff at a lower cost than the imported fertilisers with a huge margin to HMI. Regards, Ed. | edgein |
