Approval - Permmission Written consent by a regulatory body to proceed with a requested activity, without in any way diminishing the applicant's obligation to meet the standard or specified requirements. Approval may take the form of certification, licensing, or registration, and is sometimes used as an alternative term for authorization.

So why say...
'Approval....to register KPfértil as a remineraliser'
?

Brian McMaster, Executive Chairman of Harvest, said, "Gaining certification from MAPA for KPfértil, our proven, multi-nutrient, slow release, organic remineraliser, is a great outcome and places us in an even stronger position to advance sales.” That’s very clear.

but has it actually been registered and certified to be Gazetted ? Or has MAPA just 'approved the Company's application' ?

Finally Kreature and YP have to admit it’s no longer “dust”. It’s valuable, nutritious, high demand, profit making dust and we have well over 2billion dollars worth of profit waiting to be dug up.

Confusing. Has it actually been registered to be Gazetted ?

Approval to register ? Approved the application ? Is that like the post office approving your driving license application before sending it off the the DVLA ? Or is this actual certification for publication in the Gazette ?

'Approval from the Ministry of Agriculture ('MAPA') in Brazil to register KPfértil as a remineraliser'

'The Company received confirmation yesterday from MAPA that it has approved the Company's application to register KPfértil as a remineraliser.'

Good show, well done. I think YP once mentioned that ; once the rockdust gets MAPA cert as a soil remineraliser, then it can no longer be referred to as a plant fertiliser ? In which case, would it be worth tweaking the trademark to KP-soil-remineraliser ?

JH,

I am penciling in c. 450kt pa by 2020. That would appear to be their ultimate production target, at least in the medium term.

Finally, we have MAPA. Sales updates no doubt to follow and a podcast to blow some wind in the sails of the share price With RSI so low and this massively oversold, this is only going one way now.

whl2,

You might just be right with that one.

Seriously, my guess for MAPA is shortly after 18th March 2019.

'Only 15 days' - can't wait but I'm sure it's gonna drag on if Iane Rocha is involved.

Couple of snippets:

The good news - 831.656/2016 (originally 832.451/2009) part of the Arapua block awarded a 3 year research permit 29/06/2018. Obviously they've not given up in the search for that elusive fertiliser.

The bad news - 800.122/2015, part of Ceara (phosphate) final research report submitted 30/04/2018, 04/06/2018 report not approved (published) now Art 30 II. Help yourselves boys!

No reason we shouldn't see these in the FY results?? We'll see!

Lot's more though.
