I would have thought MAPA would need the carrot numbers before issuing a cert. Was the carrot test a requirement ? KPdust sprinkled on the one on the left IMO

FY 2017 ends 30th June 2018. Only 'expected' though, but hopefully there will be some missing carrot tests or something to look forward to in the meantime.
