Roman et all,
The plant is being modified to meet MAPA requirements. Rest assured however that the plant is being increased to 320,00tpa to meet demand. At 450,000tpa we (the company) will only meet a small fraction (0.5%) of the demand. KPFÉRTIL is priced at $60/t which is around half the cost of the products it is used to substitute. It has significant advantages over those products, most importantly the rebalancing of the soil pH. There will no doubt be other companies with similar products emerging over time. There is plenty of room in the market for them and if anything this would help establish the sector. HMI is actively looking for similar opportunities (low CAPEX high margin)in order to grab a larger slice of the pie. Bwtfdik

You could add to that list - worth researching Brian McMaster's impressive track record, but please DYOR.

Chart looking bullish.

Really tempted to get on board here but still have a slight hesitation. Why haven't they sold more to date? Certification is not a legal requirement so can't use that excuse. Ok maybe clients want the Mapa mark but then if the fertiliser is so great why not distribute a bit out to all potential clients at break even cost to get them to test it and trust it. If it's as effective as stated, and clients have tested it, surely we should be seeing orders or commitments to buy?I am a fan, and this company presents the fundamentals I look for in significant FCF coming up. I want to invest but there is that doubt I describe above. Am I missing something? Thoughts?

Can those high gross profit margins be maintained long term is the question I guess? Will competitors not emerge, or are there very few phosphate mines in Brazil and/or the KPFertil product is exceptionally good quality?
