I suppose the realisation here might be that it simply doesn't make sense to move massive amounts of earth and dust over several months, without first completing agronomic test work, and without first getting permission to sell the product from MAPA. imo

Well they had the warrant excercise (effective placing) a few months go, so it depends at what rate they are burning cash I guess.

So there is a vehicle of some description on the left hand pad, and some something on the bottom right hand side, maybe a tanker or a cabin maybe?
