23/10/2007 16:59 | Its been a very good day and the shares are still extremely undervalued. At least people now realise this company means business and the management are making things happen. | boscolane
23/10/2007 16:24 | I have written to "The Investors Chronicle" to ask them to mention Hardy Amies, as they have not done so for the last 2 years, which I find very annoying as it makes me wonder, "what is the point in buying the magazines if they do not include all shares". Hopefully they will mention it this week or next week. Good luck to all Ha's M. | marshalltronics

23/10/2007 14:52 | As a director you are perfecly able to trade your own shares, there are actually relatively few restrictions on buying. There is a closed period before interim or full figures are announced in which you are not allowed to trade but not much else. If you have done the hard work in winning contracts you are allowed to trade your shares as a result. When these shares were bought the deal hadn't been done anyway. That would have to have been announced to the stock exchange. | boscolane
23/10/2007 14:48 | nice return on investment though isnt it very quick ;0) | pictureframe
23/10/2007 14:46 | This is the UKs only remaining House of Haute Couture and is a well-established luxury brand. | ayesha4

23/10/2007 14:45 | Up 164% now there's a surprise then? NOT! Directors buys 1 mill shares at 1.25p on the 4th October and hey Presto on the 23de October the share price goes up to 4.75p Offer. IS THAT NOT CLASSED AT INSIDER DEALING, CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG SOMEONE! | very quick
23/10/2007 14:42 | Perfectly within the rules pomp. I just wish i had followed their lead. Having said that they did highlight the potential of the deal in the interim results so it's our fault for not acting upon it. | boscolane
23/10/2007 14:40 | should have followed their lead then ;0) | pictureframe

23/10/2007 13:22 | I think I was right this morning. Did well to pick up the initial 20k at 2.7p. | ayesha4
23/10/2007 13:12 | Chaps, great news, this is a potential goldmine. I reckon they will have a placing further down the line for working capital purposes & they would sure prefer to do that at 5,6 or 7p compared to yesterday's price to limit dilution. No wonder the COO bought at 1.25p I will buy on the placing, sit & wait. luchan. | luchan |
