What do you think is fair value without ramping?

Its been a very good day and the shares are still extremely undervalued.
At least people now realise this company means business and the management are making things happen.

I have written to "The Investors Chronicle" to ask them to mention Hardy Amies, as they have not done so for the last 2 years, which I find very annoying as it makes me wonder, "what is the point in buying the magazines if they do not include all shares".

Hopefully they will mention it this week or next week.

Good luck to all Ha's

M.

As a director you are perfecly able to trade your own shares, there are actually relatively few restrictions on buying. There is a closed period before interim or full figures are announced in which you are not allowed to trade but not much else. If you have done the hard work in winning contracts you are allowed to trade your shares as a result.
When these shares were bought the deal hadn't been done anyway. That would have to have been announced to the stock exchange.

Perfectly within the rules pomp. I just wish i had followed their lead. Having said that they did highlight the potential of the deal in the interim results so it's our fault for not acting upon it.

Chaps,

great news, this is a potential goldmine.

I reckon they will have a placing further down the line for working capital purposes & they would sure prefer to do that at 5,6 or 7p compared to yesterday's price to limit dilution.

No wonder the COO bought at 1.25p

I will buy on the placing, sit & wait.
