One thing's for sure - there's no stock around so even moderate buying is pushing the price up! Could see 5p today at this rate.

I think it will rise even without more positive news. This statement today is a line in the sand for hrd. They are motoring ahead with a solid management team, financing in place and an exceptional product.
I always say this when a share rises more than 70 per cent.
'why the hell didnt i buy more when the directors bought theres a few weeks back' ?????

having said that there is some serious upside to come. maybe not all at once but this is now very undervalued.

bocsolane,

You are correct £850,000 per year minimum added to bottom line. This company has been transformed.

Interesting. If I read this right we've got a growth company on a p/e of about 5. That's far too cheap in the long run. Should be a nice steady rise from here on more positive news. Any thoughts anyone?

Amidst the rejoicing (in which I fully join!) let's spare a thought for Tim. These licensing deals are the fruits of his original strategy (and which we thought were going to bring home the bacon a couple of years back). If he'd had the commercial edge to maximise it and to manage the operation tightly - not getting ripped off by his accountant, as alleged - he might now be counting his share options.

Take a look at this quote from the interim results in relation to overseas licences.

'The new arrangements will also have a substantial cash benefit, as all the cash
from the previous license was paid up front in one lump sum in 2002 and the
income in the income statement in the current year so far is merely the release
of this deferred income to revenue. From 19 October 2007 we plan to receive
payment for the license income as it accrues'

I think pictureframe is right. the japanese revenues will go to the bottom line putting the company in the black. What an increadible turn around by this management. I am in for quite a few and reckon the whole thing will be sold within 9 months. My guess is for 15p.
good luck everyone.

Be nice if they could get £1 million per year from that Japenese deal wouldnt it? This management team are certainly earning their money, they have turned this company around in less than 1 year....next few years will be fun for shareholders ;0)

OK...can someone with good accountancy skills look into this as I think this deal has transformed the company overnight into a profitable company !

Last results showed turnover of approx £750,0000 with costs reduced further to £1 million resulting in a loss of £300k

Now the £750,000 turnover didnt include any of the Japenese licence which has just been announced to give a MINIMUM of £850,0000 per year so let say they only do the £850,000 and grow other turnover by 10% giving ie the £750,000 + £75,000 = £825,000

This give £1.675 million turnover less costs (which may even drop) giving £675,000 profit.

Appreciate this is very basic accounting BUT this imho is being pessimistic !

;0)...thats min £850,000 per year IF they can cut costs a little bit more this will make them profitable ! The management are doing an excellent job.

Should see 3p+ short term imho
