Talking of websites, I see the direct sales site has not moved on at all.

You will recall they brought co.secretarial back in-house to save money. Probably being done by the (new) accountant in his spare time, & this bit of bureaucracy he could have done without.. At least they noticed it is needed. On the other hand, as you suggest, it does highlight the shoestring they're working on.

Might be a courtesy to let them know?

Well at least we now have financial information on the web site

I just wish the Articles of Association was not upside down.

Hope this is not a reflection of the future.

P.S.

Speaking of markets.

I have watched the stockmarkets for over 30 years and read quite a lot on market trends, and I have to say the signs this last 12 weeks are very worrying and I suspect a possible crash in the magnitude of 10% x2 days could be on the cards very soon.

As Robert Beckman points out in his book "crashes", when the market starts to gyrate 1-2-3-4% over a few months then things are getting dangerous.

This has been happening this last few weeks, so alarms have been sounded.

I advised my Dad to go into cash about 10 weeks ago, so as to benefit from this.

I might have it wrong, but time will tell.

The only reason I dabbled in Hardy Amies yesterday, was because the buying price at .88p i think was quite good.

However, if a couple of days of 10% crashes come then this too will probably look expensive.

Anyway, good luck to all who hold.

Well done, M. Not many can say they moved the market over 10% - and by spending £500!

Which has shown up as a sell for some reason.

Hope that's not an omen for the future.

(Only kidding people.)

No indeed ladybird - I was just wondering why on earth anyone would sell that quantity for such a low price but hadn't though of your interesting idea about winding up estates etc and having to sell - mms making hay out of death eh! Still tempted though as I am happy to wait a year or more (helps with the CGT Aim taper relief anyway of course). I shall keep watching closely. If I can buy under 1p I shall be sorely tempted again.

Not sure I can quite believe my eyes - that seller just got 0.5 pence for 200,000 - I am definitely nowhere near profit now! Presumably in fact there can't be a single HRD investor who is in profit at this moment! Amazing thought.

Sorry to overpost but Ive just read the newspaper stuff from this morning. Trust the hacks to pick on the theft of money angle. Having said that they were fair, in the main, with the companies quotes about their future prospects and there is the old saying that 'any news is .........

Fag packet stuff but the exceptional losses this year were nearly half a million pounds. They included settlement of the winterman claim and theft of money from the company. If they get some of the money back and keep a firm grip on spending, together with improved sales, they could be in the black this time next year.
I hold quite a few of these and I would be expect to see at least 10p a share.
Great name, great address and great product.
