agree stan, surprised that some need to do so

Was taught that one should not talk of ones wealth unless with your banker

my dad in law was a swiss banker

wealth should be used as a privilige and appreciated but not talked about

andy.. I currently hold equity only. A little debt from 2016 until after the refinancing in 2017 65-95p, then switched it into more equity.... but then got caught in the recent falls... ho-humm.

Thanks for the useful feedback Andy.. I'm just calling APCM's position as I see it... we can agree to differ.

adg,
I know less about hedging fuel than British Airways and look how their hedge turned out.
Do any of your watches count your steps?
Mine does.
Good luck.

Marky,
They run the company but can't make major financial decisions without creditor approval as that was a condition of the lender's extending the maturity of the debt, fact.

Steve,
They have held PMO debt since 2016, their first declared short was February 2017 with a steady increase to 5.7% by January 2018 safe in the knowledge the convertible bonds they held (I assume) would cover the short.
Big Tone then offered another sweetener to the creditors in exchange for early conversion, that kind offer was accepted as shown by the short reducing to 3.9% on the 19th of January, the drop was due in part to the additional shares in issue but in the main to the shares received for converting.
They then continued building their hedge, one would assume, as it was blatantly obvious the company would not have the funds to honour the debt by 2021.
If you hold the retail bond you will know it was junk in 2016, it dropped into the 30’s.

Jelly/Whites/virtue,
If you read my post with an open mind you may understand why it is not in ARCM’s interest to see the company go belly up as Steve had earlier suggested, no disrespect Steve as you are one of the few open minded on here, call that doom and gloom if you wish.
Jelly, it was big Tone who handed the creditors the company and the final say on major financial decisions, if you have an issue with that then why are you invested in a company whose current CEO agreed to such terms?
I will add ARCM have not opposed any spending proposed by the board and agreed to the last refinancing.
Good luck.
