so ash, your thoughts as to the reasons the share price has not risen would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Still relatively low global E&P spend, demand increasing & should be debt free easily by 2025 if average poo is c. 65. The poo isn't falling any time soon. This should be 5 quid

Due to massive debt, lenders forced the company to hedge its production when oil was much lower. So company isn't benefitting much from high prices. I suppose shorts will unwind eventually.

Off to a good start today. With expected oil price rises coming this should be trading 375+

Like the company or not - there's money to be made here...

Ash,

It was 'A NO BRAINER BUY ... TIDE HAS FINALLY TURNED :)' at 380p, now it is an 'Unbelievably cheap share'?

In your opinion should the BoDs have suggested Tolmount would be producing this month at the capital markets day or should they have stuck to the official line of Q1?

The days in January are running out fast!

Good luck.

"Too many overpaid staff" who have spent the past 2 years 'working' from home, while FIVE UK offices sat empty!

Very very cheap. I have started buying in. Oil is going to climb this year. Even the threat of Russia will make oil climb even more soon.

The fall has been hugely overdone. Hedge Funds shorting. Then they will close, bank profits, buy and rally for more profits...

Finch,

You make a good point, the non-productive overheads would have doubled with the merger and it needs addressing.

Dandi,

It is in no stakeholders interest to keep the price low, yes there probably is sustained selling still going on.

The company unofficially suggested Tolmount would be producing by the end of this month, have they failed to deliver again? Should they have stuck to the official line of during Q1?

Good luck.

Harbour needs to get going on merger rationalisations. We're paying for too many overpaid staff and too many expensive offices. Its what these oilies often are...job creation schemes for entitled professionals good at justifying themselves. Very disappointed with share price performance here with oil and gas prices booming.

Sqz have to put £100 million as security for oil and gas hedges. Harbour must be huge as 60% gas hedges and oil are all in the red. Tolmont being late is not helping either. Rest of bond holders locked in shares ending soon so maybe forward selling but value must come out sooner or later.

Isn’t there a clever clog on this board who can tell us what might be going on here.
Is there someone selling every time there is a bit of a rally?
