Quiet it may be, but Hansard seems to be doing well, along with the share price. Let's hope we get some more news soon.

Not a lot happening here on the BB but HSD has to be worth a punt, surely?

Big stake building going on and some oldies getting their marching orders.

I may well enter the fray on Monday.

Baz.

This one has been moving uo of late and the quote from Adam Reynolds was quite encouraging: seem to be building a nice little business

Adam Reynolds, founder and Chief Executive of Hansard Group Plc said,

"I am delighted to welcome David Newton and NCL Investments as major
shareholders in the Group. I am obviously pleased to have secured this
additional capital but it is of much greater importance to the Group that these
two investors have identified the significant growth potential for Hansard.
Their investments, together with their personal support, will be invaluable in
the acceleration of the growth of this business.

The opportunity for Hansard to become the UK's leading financial PR and
investor relations specialist for small and medium sized companies is clearer
now than ever before. I have a small and highly skilled team, a growing client
base, the recognition of a great number of prestigious City firms and
individuals and now the support of two additional well known and respected
investors. The future of this business is very exciting."

From the Underwriting and Subscription thread:

"Interesting that they are still issuing shares at 1p versus the 10p share price. Doesn't look a great deal buying at 10p, but good if you can sell at this price!! I notice that Hansard have just subscribed for 10,000 at 1p, already worth approx £100,000....not a bad days work!!"

Looks like a nice days work from the Hansard team. I did notice from the results that Hansard were getting a bit more active on AIM investments. I am not sure whether this company is a client or not.

An interesting announcement - Hansard effectively being used as a shell?

This company seems confused about what it wants to be. Had a look at their ecommunicator..........well, so what. Looks like technogy is making them obsolete, and their Case Studies are out of date. They would be better off being taken over and save on AIM quotation costs.

LONDON (AFX) - Hansard Group PLC said it has withdrawn from talks with NWD
Group plc but discussions with a third party are ongoing which may or may not
lead to an offer for its entire issued share capital

bail out time, by the look of the trades

Looks like Hansard are definitely "in-play" and are not content with carrying on making slow but steady progress in difficult markets. What is the take out price though?

I see that the departed Leo Knifton of NWD has been disposing of stock in HSD. Sold 20K and 50K and still retains 100K.

NWD are now a cash shell seeking a media co. I for one am a bit confused at the attractions of such a deal to Hansard. Anyone any thoughts?

COO resigned last week. Anyone know what's going on - the company still seems to have a growing customer list and quite a bit of cash. Good value?

Seems to be no interest in this company - I am still quite optimistic as the company does appear to be winning a fair amount of business - a £1m market cap is about as cheap as it will get in my view!
