20/9/2016 11:02 | ecoover I wouldn't worry about the divi while the share price is rocketing upwards. The money was always on the first div being paid out next May after the final figures for 2016 have been announced. | mylands
20/9/2016 10:56 | When the diviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii | ecoover
20/9/2016 10:53 | Good presentation, but one thing I find strange. Considering all the broking houses present, there was not one question, or mention by the presenters, about the change in the FD who has been instrumental in the transformation of the business. Once again, confirms my belief as to how little the analysts know! | mylands
20/9/2016 10:23 | TEB, I think Kenny said in the presentation that 71% of business is now regulated. Good start to our new FTSE 250 status that we're one of the top risers today! A lot more eyes will be on GVC going forward... | woodhawk
20/9/2016 10:22 | Berenberg's last target was 760p Could see that soon. | sogoesit
20/9/2016 10:14 | Closing in on 750p. | mylands
20/9/2016 10:10 | They probably will when gvc buy them. dyor | srpactive
20/9/2016 10:08 | Boom. The discount is insane given the amount of "white" revenue we now how. The grey has been massively derisked 888 must be gutted to have lost out on BPTY. They really need to get in on the action and fast | trentendboy
20/9/2016 10:07 | here is the link to the presentation: | hawaly
20/9/2016 10:02 | I don't think that discount will last much longer!! £10+ here we come...? | woodhawk
20/9/2016 10:01 | Woodhawk - that quote you cite re Paddy Power Betfair speaks Volumes! ;-) | dr knowledge
20/9/2016 10:01 | Excellent, keep us updated Woodhawk. tia regards active | srpactive
20/9/2016 09:53 | Presentation sounds massively impressive so far... | woodhawk
20/9/2016 09:26 | Getting a head of steam now and up to 740p. | mylands
20/9/2016 09:24 | I thought I read somewhere on a post that a price target was 1035p. (Can't find the quote anymore). That seems to tally with the "42% discount" cited above to the current share price | sogoesit
20/9/2016 09:14 | For a lowly private investor, the accounts have become more complex. However I often use cash in the bank as a way of understanding growth. From the RNS: 'The balance at the end of the period of EUR337.5 million above consists of EUR302.9 million cash and cash equivalents as shown on the face of the consolidated statement of financial position and EUR34.6 million (2015: EURnil) of cash and cash equivalents recognised within assets held for sale.'which shows increasing cash accrual, and is impressive. | timanglin
20/9/2016 09:09 | Thanks, dell! I like this bit: "Stockbroker Cenkos says GVC trades on a 42% discount to Paddy Power Betfair (PPB), which it calls ‘nonsensical | woodhawk
20/9/2016 09:02 | Shares magazine - talked to CEO this morning: | dell1234
20/9/2016 08:26 | Live webcast presentation in just over an hour. | woodhawk
20/9/2016 08:14 | Don't like Richard leaving either, he is a very large shareholder too.I wonder why it wasn't Kenny 'thanking him' in the announcement? Hmmm | festario
20/9/2016 08:13 | From the FT, headline this morning "GVC poaches from Wonga, looks forward to ‘greater than expected’ growth" | woodhawk
20/9/2016 08:13 | The share price moce makes sense but could go higher actually | trentendboy
20/9/2016 08:13 | There is a lot to read and digest in those results. The Kalixa numbers are interesting - worth less than I had hoped but still worth selling off given its non-core status. THe move to bring so much in-house is impressive and bolsters their "B2B" offering. They really are a direct PTEC competitor now in the "picks and shovels" space. Something has to give here - I can see PTEC getting active in the TO market now. It all looks fine to me, massive profit increase, good cash in the bank and quality brands and quality licences. The percentage of "grey" revenues falling and "dividend" to come back in 2017. What is not to like | trentendboy
20/9/2016 08:05 | Yes, I liked Richard, a good man and he made a great team with Kenny that has taken this from a £30 million company to one that is 70 times larger. What an achievement! I wonder what happens to the options he is receiving that are being paid out each quarter for the next three (?) years. Does anyone know the detail? | mylands |
