Correct they are working up the prospectus. If you listen to the recent interviews Ruse suggests somewhere around 15% / $6M or so IPO from memory

I know that tyranosaurus, been around for a while :-).
So, at the moment we don`t know the size of the IPO and what % GUN will
hold after.
Is that fair ?

They will issue more shares for the IPO which will dilute our stake, hence need to buy more to retain 28% stake.
IPO is initial public offering of shares.

So, they will have to spend $800k to maintain 15% if there is $6m IPO?
Doesn`t make a sense if they already have 28%.
Not trying to be awkward, but why on earth they need to spend $800k on something they already have only to own half of that ?

They have 800k cash ready to maintain decent holding for IPO, likely do well given other gold stocks on ASX

Interviews muted they want to maintain > 15% with $6M raise

They gave 2 broker working in IPO for Q4 but too early to hot that list - keep your eyes peeled though 👍

My Comment:
Rincon*s South Telfer tenement consists of Hasties, 1 2 KM SOUTH OF TELFER MINE & Westin, {15KM South West of Havieron} South Telfer and TELFER MINERALISATION TREND. Before reaching Westin, one has to pass O*Callaghan mine [drilled by Newcrest], then DOLBY and then Westin. Gunsynd has 28% stake in Rincon.

Live quote: 1.4101p to sell & 1.488p to buy.
Then, live quote: 1.455p to sell & 1.475p to buy.
Currently live quote: 1.4001p to sell and 1.4599p to buy.

So advertised quote and live quote not the same.

About Eagle Mountain [16.9.20]


"NI43-101 Indicated & Inferred estimate 11.76m tonnes of ore grading 1.57% cu copper, 17.47g/t silver & 0.18g/t gold.

Aim of current field program is to boost this resource TWO OR THREE TIMES, past drilling in the area has also further indicated there*s further mineralisation OUTSIDE of the resource FOOTPRINT with results like 7.7m @5.11cu copper, 0.72g/t gold & 55.8g/t silver & 7.6m @4.63 cu copper, 0.74 g/t gold & 43.06 g/t silver catching the co eye.

In addition, the exploration house is trying to determine if there is a COPPER PORPHYRY located BENEATH Oracle Ridge. Speaking at RIU Resurgence Conf, Eagle Mountain CEO Tim Mason said many of the high-grade skarn-based mines FOUND around Oracle Ridge HAD PORPHYRIES SITTING BENEATH THEM.

In our case, the porphyry has never been found - and the reason for this is there is an INTRUSION JUST BELOW the DEPOSIT, which would have MASKED any GEOPHYSICS conducted in the area. This alone presents us with some REALLY BIG EXPLORATION POTENTIAL.

From Hotcopper EM2, it said drilling commenced on Oracle Ridge on 9 Sep 2020.

Today, Gunsynd had announced they had bought more Eagle Mountain shares at an average of A22c. Gunsynd now holds 2.146 million Eagle Mountain shares at an average of A15.5c, representing approx 1.54% of issued capital.

Highlights:

Significance South Telfer: PHENOMENAL GOLD-COPPER, literally near surfce, drilled by Newcrest. Westin SW: ON-TREND WITH TELFER MINE." He also said there are not many ASX listed co*s that are in Paterson, W.Australia.

Of note is that Newcrest drilled >200 holes [260] at South Telfer and the grades & intercepts were quoted and these results speak for themselves. Newcrest is currently drilling Havieron but only at Hole 78 per their last reporting on 9 Sep 2020. [
