Gun potentially own 24.5% for a $200,000 outlay, thus based on Artemis bid what value?

Artemis Resources Limited (Artemis) has just signed a binding agreement to acquire 100 per cent of Rincon Resources Ltd (Rincon) – the holder of rights to three highly prospective projects in Western Australia.
The acquisition of Rincon is subject to due diligence, acceptances for at least a further 23 per cent of Rincon’s shares (for a total of 90 per cent) and Artemis shareholder approval, for a total consideration of $2.7 million in cash and scrip.

Only those of us who had a free carry from the big spike....remember that? Mind you, must be worth a punt with punting money. After all GGP....I bought some at 0.09 and they did not do too bad. Shame I sold them for 0.27 though. Hit 12.5p for a 130 fold plus....

Having heard about this from the mouthy Aussie on the 94 bus on Friday I rather wish I'd bought some now, but that might have put me in an awkward situation. Well done to holders.

RRR, POW and now GUN all realising that this is a new way of mining a rich ream of new money. I have little doubt we are witnessing the birth of a new Glencore/Anglo/Xtrata etc

Yeah, and in Nov the virus was nowhere to be seen. By the time lockdown in Vhina was occuring and full blown pandemic measures swinging into action across the SEA anyone with capital kept it close to their chests and many more liquidated very quickly. That investor money is still there ans is still waiting, now to see how the economies bounce back. I find it bizzare how some back-quote as if the pandemic and world lock down never existed.

This is an interesting placing, cash being gathered for something. I expect to make a big profit out of this!

You expect the company to behave like a news service furnishing you personally with infromation at your beck and call. For market sensitive reasons there will not be a running narrative. Either it is heading towards a major spike based on news, or it is in a mess and they are engineering options to square a circle. My money is major spike about to happen. I can even give you atime window. It will be Dec 13th - Dec 20th. This is one of a great many small caps treading water waiting for a firm politcal outcome. Many, many small caps are very hesitante against the prospect of a sneak Corbyn win, a good Boris majority and there will be a release of billions into the London markets as many funds and overseas investors pile in to grab low priced stocks against the exchange rate. I know people in HK who have been hovering for over a year now and are fully practiced for some heavy activity. I'm keeping the faith
