Seems someone already has the bin bag out! |
I wonder when the wet and dry hoover will arrive and take all those weak holders tears in to its tank?! |
Tbh I hope we get 15 again. Be great to add there |
being smashed again - I guess 15p on the cards |
I think it's the uncertainty of what Seafox will do with the remaining 5% (most likely sell down) plus the 83 million warrant shares. That's a 15% overhang to clear in reality before price discovery. |
They have been selling since the last RNS.
A big sigh on that RNS that the overhang continues. And yet, there should be a sense of relief that it is coming to an end. When someone steps in to clear the last of it, will they be scrambling to buy back in then?
Clearly it is one to nip in and out of as well, guilty of that, but curious to see price discovery after that overhang clears.
If the market drags it down more, maybe a quicker chance of clearing them out.
I'm holding and trading a few.
All imo DYOR |
I think Seafox will go to zero. Why bother going from 30% to 5%. The intent is there. This needs to be flushed out and news of the 83million warrants getting placed somewhere will push this on |
I think weak holders is a misconception. Eager sellers is more appropriate and there is quite the difference. Weak holders are scared out by moves in the market whereas the sellers demanding the Seafox distribution are / were the market. I too am surprised at the relative lack of positive holding RNS thus far, which suggests a healthy well distributed shareholder base.
19.5p and 20p the upcoming resistance levels. Often one might fear stale bulls getting out flat but the 19.5p level was only just over 3 months ago and July's 7 months ago. These are not long time frames. Below is some trade data:

2 million shares is a pretty normal day, 22nd and 23rd Jan were truly exceptional. I'd guess there would be very little churn off the 16 October buyers. Obviously the period 15 Mar - 15 May has much larger turnover so the grind through the 20s will be harder. That said once people are ahead with a 12 month look back angst dissipates and holding, respecting one's original thesis becomes that much easier. |
AFAICS, Seafox held 10.4% (after the 11/11/24 TR1) and on 19/12/24 announced their intention to distribute a further 5.4% to its own shareholders.
After this morning's TR1 this would mean Seafox only have a further 0.85% to distribute, although they may decide to cut their stake still further of course. |
Feels like we could see an announcement in the other direction with the recent price move.
Looks like someone was happy to sit on the sidelines while the Seafox distributions landed with weak holders and drove the price down. |
That's the one.
Seafox cut down to 5.85% |
Yep, looking good. Decent early volumes once again too. |
Will soon be in the distance. |
Testing another key breakout point at 18p |
It looks like the buyer turned off the taps in the middle of the day to encourage the easily frit to give up their shares. Not much to pick up clearly. |
Still a buyer around obviously. I expect we've seen the last of the big sells until we move to a range where it's worth them selling. I expect that begins with a 2, at least. |
Share Tip: Gulf Marine Services – the shares of this energy sector services provider are about to lift-off |
Very firm price movement right now.
Glued to the highs with the price up 13% at 17.65p. The market tried to sell it through 17p, but someone just sat there with a 25k iceberg and mopped everything up.
The market then realises a big buyer is sat there (maybe alleviates a few concerns that the price spike is very short lived on fear of the last remaining Seafox related sellers?) and outbids the 17p order to take it higher toward the current price.
So it is moving like those who kept the price down under 16p have been cleared and now it could be what remains of the Seafox holding. The last transfer from Seafox was in that RNS on the 10th January when they cut down to 67.78m shares.
Just wondering if these big buyers who came in yesterday are eating through those shares as well with a holding rns to follow to show that they have transferred more?
I suspect the market will get more enthusiastic on a further transfer by Seafox. We also know that not all the shares being transferred are being sold, so it is just a proportion of 67.78m, which makes it more intriguing.
You then have tens of millions being exchanged yesterday and good exchanges today without delayed prints. Wish I were a fly on the wall and could see who was in the background buying and what delayed prints will follow.
But the days of Seafox dragging the price down here are coming to an end. Their control and strangle over the price is dwindling with every day of sizeable exchanges like this.
Gyrations aside on residual sellers now, this looks set to go into the 20's. Just unsure when.
Someone knows. Someone knows if the whole lot are getting cleared out here with this level of buying.
Probably sat there having a little smirky smile.
I don't know. I just know it is getting very close to them being cleared.
All imo DYOR |
I guess we will see a plug later today in Paul Scott's coverage - he has often talked of GMS and the coming overhang clearance |
Yes, been trying to add however none available |
Adding here.
I think the worst case now is it just comes back a penny or so and then awaits the final clearout, but it has gone into auction and it is moving like there are really big buyers in the background. It could have easily crashed back down by now.
As per yesterday, now there is an expectation of further big delayed prints. Everyone can see someone is definitely in the market buying big.
Show us those whoppers!
All imo DYOR |
Is it through?
08:53 Had a go...averaging 16.3p.
I thought this would take abit longer but they're coming in again heavy in the morning with exchanges already near 5m without delayed prints.
There were alot of delayed prints here yesterday so wondering if more could hit today. Can't see those working in the background. They can move the price so abit FOMO here too
Let's see if it can hold the breakout.
All imo DYOR |
Looks like we might be on for a breakout.Finally. |
12m cleared today by panmures. That's one seller done. |
