The Company did state upon announcement that the sole purpose of the Buyback Programme is to reduce capital. They don't need the cash!

The buyback also had some special conditions, one particular stated it carries on even if the co entered a close period.That is intriguing for them to design that in .Particularly if they know they are going to enter one!

I think they are using the next 2 weeks to get the share price higher and closer to whatever the deal is.Jon's stay bonus is Jan to be paid, I expect buyers want him a minimum of 6 months.We should see the RNS of his award plus staff special restricted stock units awards + Pdmr today or next week.

They will announce sale first week July .Buyback continues :) , expect it to be more aggressively done, expect the share price to rise sharply over next 2 weeks.The stage managed path to sale announcement continues.

RNS - Ops & Corp update.

Given our improving liquidity and the current outlook, the Company is pleased to announce the declaration of a $15 million interim dividend.

$15 million interim dividend is equivalent to 6.832 US cents per Common Share based on the Company’s total issued share capital as at 20 June.

Expected to be paid on 19 July 2024, based on a record date of 5 July 2024 and ex-dividend date of 4 July 2024.



And another 125,000 bought.

Not expecting much more than we already know to be honest. Would be good to see a further increase in local sales but happy if continuing at the same rate as previous levels. We won't hear anything much about the pipeline opening other than negotiations continuing I reckon.
