Meetings in Baghdad, Washington and Erbil haven't resolved squat. I have said that the Yanks are just paying lip service as they have far larger issues to worry about than 500k a day oil getting to a pipe.

The Waterman has come and gone and MOU's have been signed but there are articles saying he didn't get what he wanted and that its doubtful Iran will go along with the plans anyway.

Announcements that the PSC's have been given to Baghdad which are followed by announcements stating the producers are reluctant to share their contracts. KRG say they've complied with Baghdad and given them what they asked for and then it seems they haven't.
