23/4/2024 15:38 | This one for tanker ted. Had stopped looking at marine traffic for tanker activity at Ceyhan but clicked on site quite often over the last 3 or 4 days and don't think I've seen a tanker loading at Baku jetty. There are 6 Cey/Bot tankers in the bay, normally they're loading every day, sometimes 2 at a time on that other jetty. | hangthedj

More total lies from the back seat of a very old Merc on Clapham Common where johnyladyboy conducts her business. So the City have been hoovering them up for 8 years?? Pure lies, no one has or needs to. Strange as it may seem but no one would make any offer until they can see what the new terms and conditions are. Even then its highly unlikely unless for a fire sale amount. Consolidation much more likely to share the costs. Happy to point out the obvious as always. | bigdog5

23/4/2024 13:25 | With the scenario of the ITP agreement expiring in 18 months and/or KRG going it alone with Turkey (assured 100% by legal and international legitimcy) then or in the meantime; perhaps consider this an 18-24 month investment with 10x + upside... | highly geared
23/4/2024 13:24 | I agree F11, and the corporate clues 99.99% = an agreed sale TBA..Just a game imo. They already know the conclusion.Maybe last chance for the bad actors to make a few quid and the accumulators to add a few more.Remember Cove shenanigans which got rid of many PIs before the final blockbuster offer.GLA | gkpbanggone

23/4/2024 13:12 | "But scotty snowflake you told us all the pipe would only be shut for a couple of days, so your views are pointless." And it's now 1,497 days since you first told us that wipeout mk2 was on the way Sarah and since then you've told us another 47 times. And it's 12 years since you told us that we had 26 billion barrels and predicted £110 per share in today's money. And your views REALLY ARE pointless. | habshan

23/4/2024 11:36 | I've just re-read for the 3rd or 4th time the MNR statement. It's absolutely brilliant and it was written by a lawyer whose first language is English. The KRG will have wanted to be completely certain that it was both correct and legally watertight. On the 23rd of March APIKUR published a statement marking the 1st anniversary of the pipeline shutdown and the following day somebody in the MoO put together a response telling APIKUR to butt out and stop interfering in Iraq's affairs. They sure as hell won't be doing that this time. Every word in the MNR statement is true but it wasn't just the professors Crawford and Schwebel who determined that the Kurdish O&G Law has a solid legal basis in the Iraqi constitution, it was forensically examined and ruled on in the English High Court:- Commercial High Court judge Justice Sir C.J.Butcher:- "In my judgement, the entry into by the KRG of the PSCs were "sovereign or public acts" or acts jure imperii. They were entered into pursuant to powers which, as I have found, were allocated to the KRG under the Constitution, and under the KROGL (Kurdistan Region Oil and Gas Law), which was enacted to give effect to those powers. I conclude that the entry into of the PSCs was in the exercise of sovereign authority." It's hard to see where the Federal Government go from here because the KRG has officially called them out and there is no defence. All their bluff and bluster and bullying would be just laughed out of court. Interesting times. | habshan
23/4/2024 11:00 | GKPBANGone I wrote recently Not the words of a federalist....." Nothing else matters" Can`t be long. Sounds ominous. Declare independence, restart the oil flow. get Turkey to pay them ,reassure AKIPUR ,get investors and military from US etc Stranger things have happened but they must be worn down by constant visits, committees getting nowhere with no money.Iraq could join Iran- makes sense on so many fronts and the hate lines would be better defined. Has it been announced yet? HABS Punnter Beernut??????? Arcadian - 27 Mar 2024 - 10:57:27 - 701374 of 703275 THE NEW GKP / Drilling for Super Giants (moderated) - GKP H7 Joking when I wrote this but things are afoot as the Kurds are not happy. Arcadian - 28 Feb 2024 - 10:58:52 - 699830 of 701372 THE NEW GKP / Drilling for Super Giants (moderated) - GKP Given all these attempts at rapprochement with the US,the Kurds could ask to become part of Turkey. They are both Sunni and could supply it with oil through the pipeline and get water in exchange. They more in common with the Turks than the rest of IRAQ and would become part of NATO eventually applying to join The European Union. With the world adopting right wing leaders, consolidation is the key, on the principle that he that is not for us is against us as exemplified by this BB when someone does not show 100% allegiance. | arcadian |
