18/4/2024 18:03 | The Iraqi Oil Minister says that the only thing left to do is to agree on the cost of production and transportation of Kurdistan oil. Regarding natural gas, he said Kurdistan gas is 30% cheaper than imported from Iran. We are ready to produce and immediately export [the Kurdistan Region's] oil, which will benefit the Kurdistan Region, oil companies and the Iraqi state," Iraqi Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani told US television channel Al-Hurra. As we have been told from the Kurdistan Region, the cost of oil production and transportation is $26 a barrel, while in our country it is not $7," Abdul Ghani said.https://www.rud | luckyclicker

18/4/2024 17:08 | What Is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)? A memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties outlined in a formal document. It is not necessarily legally binding, which depends on the signatories' intent and the language in the agreement, but signals the willingness of the parties to move forward with a contract. The MOU can be seen as the starting point for negotiations as it defines the scope and purpose of the talks. Such memoranda are most often seen in international treaty negotiations but also may be used in high-stakes business dealings such as merger talks. | highlander7

18/4/2024 15:08 | No delusional moron, I've never ever made a recommendation to buy or sell. I still believe that if and when any pipe takes oil through it the SP's of Epicure members will increase materially. However, my caveats being, how much if any of the sludge will be going through any pipe, how penal the new terms will be, sludge and quality oil different values, will most/all of the sludge be only for the local market. Those three points would have a huge impact on the share price after the initial euphoria from you clowns when its realised by the Market that revenue is likely to be materially lower and thus affects any chances of progress and divis. And the cross dresser won't even be able to afford her frocks from Primark!! | bigdog5

18/4/2024 12:41 | Kurdistan Watch @KurdistanWatch Follow Iraqi Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani said: • Kurdistan's oil exports will resume soon. We have formally requested the KRG to transfer the oil to the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) for export through the Iraq-Turkey pipeline to the Ceyhan port. • We have no direct contractual relationship with oil companies operating in the Kurdistan Region. Therefore, we have asked the KRG to transfer the contracts of these companies to the Iraqi government. | theythinkitsallover
18/4/2024 12:39 | Good afternoon delusional fantasists how's the fantasy factory doing today:-) They're all world class at stating the obvious about the need for this that and the other but the phrase that comes to mind is "when all is said and done, more is said than done". But isn't it great that they all agree that its important to open the pipe, lol. And that talks are about to start, lol. Meanwhile the share price doesn't know what it wants to do notwithstanding the cross dresser and steepy getting excited on their express to nowhere that's still in the sidings after 15 years!!! Carroll reckons £3.40 a share, lol. Has the sludge got Uranium and Diamonds in it? | bigdog5
18/4/2024 11:46 | The spokesman for the Petroleum Industry Association of Kurdistan, “Apicor” Caggins told Kurdistan 24, today, Thursday, April 18, 2024, “It was a good week, in Washington, where the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, and US President Joe Biden met, and everyone knows the importance of the issue of resuming the export of Kurdistan Region’s oil, through Turkish pipelines.” He added, "Even months ago, we were not sure that the issue of resuming the export of Kurdistan's oil would be on the agenda of the meeting between Sudanese and Biden, but the White House stressed the necessity of resolving this issue as soon as possible." He continued: "The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, demanded the re-export of the Kurdistan Region's oil, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also demanded that, as the suspension of its pumping led to losses estimated at $14 billion, and affected all Arab regions." He added, "For our part, we have provided everything necessary to conclude a new agreement, and we want to keep our agreements in place, even if they come under the control of the federal government." He continued: "If oil exports resume, we must know who will pay our dues. We expect new measures, and we hope to conclude new agreements." | sniff_the_tip
