Kirkuk oil was flowing in the KRG built pipeline for many years so presumably it's all tied in already. | hangthedj

(Photo: AP) Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan Iraq Kurdistan Region Oil exports ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced in a press conference that he will be visiting Iraq on April 22 and is considering a visit to the Kurdistan Region. The Turkish President stated that his visit to Iraq is of significant importance to the Iraqi side. He further emphasized that this visit will elevate the relationship between Turkey and Iraq to a new level. Erdogan said that they had several agreements to sign during the visit, with the main issue on the agenda being the water problem that Iraq is experiencing. He also mentioned the possibility of visiting Erbil while he was in Iraq. Additionally, he plans to hold discussions with Iraqi officials regarding the matter of oil exports. Earlier, sources from the Iraqi Foreign Ministry indicated that Erdogan would be visiting Erbil and conducting several high-level meetings. On April 12, Yeni Şafak newspaper published the schedule of Erdogan's visit to Iraq. Erdogan's visit to Baghdad will be the first by a Turkish president since Turgut Ozal's visit in the late 1980s. However, it is worth noting that Erdogan had previously visited Baghdad in 2008, 2009, and 2011, when he held the position of Turkish prime minister. | beernut1
17/4/2024 05:36 | Build a "charging Station" then truck it there and pump it in. Expensive and time consuming but it can be done. Much better to build a direct connection ( a spur) IF its possible to find a viable route for the pipeline. | highlander7

16/4/2024 21:39 | The fact they are even testing the pipeline shows they're serious. Finally. Resumption is a priority because otherwise the US will cease the billions of dollars they give the GoI every year and stop purchasing their oil. | justiceforthemany
