No lie johnyliar. I was reliably informed that GRH had a meeting set up with JF. He was then "unable" to attend and another "officer of the company" took his place. The offer of the satellite assistance wasn't taken up.

Now bearing in mind how successful the satellite stuff had at that time proved to be successful, why turn it down? Fear of exposing the con?

Prime Minister Masrour Barzani chaired a meeting of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Council of Ministers today (Wednesday, 7-6-2023). One of the main topics of the meeting was the Iraqi general budget bill.

"In the first item of the meeting, the prime minister highlighted the latest developments in the Iraqi budget bill for 2023-2025 and the issue of efforts to resume oil exports within the framework of the agreement signed between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government.
