Sorry harriet I missed you wanting me to show my calcs.

Net 264m after taking account of production this year, a decrease of say, 25m cos of all the water found where they said there was oil in the Jurassic and the 35% which the hosts and a company of their choosing can back in for.

264m Net reserves at say $1.50pb cos its extremely heavy and nowhere close to the top quality oil that Total sold in their 18% sale at $1.75.

Anyways, that $396m plus $100 at bank and no debt = $496m which I'll round up to $500m converted at 1.20 divided by the shares gets to £1.92. Add in a small premium so £2ps. Add in all the divis which the company will point out to all you suckers and there you go.

Sorry to have to point this out for the umpteenth time but no one buys what could be/might be/may be there but we've spent 13 years looking for it and can't find it so check out all our CPR's for the numbers. You will note that we've had to move some of the numbers out of 2P cos we don't have a scooby about what's in the other zones. And we found water at several wells but hey, don't look at that, look at the size of the divis!!! Cos when we move from PSC's to TSC's we ain't gonna be able to pay the divis innit.

Takeover is very close and will be for multiples of current share price
At least 25 quid.
Newly appointed NED is utterly unnecessary- other than for her Bermuda experience in "business combinations" currently serving for IGI in a similar NED capacity as they merged...
Buy as many as you can and hold.
