"In an exclusive interview with AP, Ismail, said that Baghdad’s plans to bring Kurdistan’s oil operations under its control will expand to reach a total of 17 companies and he would present the companies with three options: canceling the contracts, requesting waivers from Baghdad, or agreeing to transfer the deals from the KRG Natural Resources Ministry to Iraq’s federal Oil Ministry. Ismail said his approach first involves giving the companies a warning that they are “working in the smuggling of oil,” and “If they are a respectful company they will listen to us.” Should the companies refuse to cooperate, the minister said Baghdad would seek to enforce the court decisions through “the law and banks.”

Tell me Harriet why would Total sell up their 18% if what you suckers are linking together now? Why would Xom drill Al Qush, (bang next to shaiCON) find now't and depart Koruptistan?

So who is the Consortium made up of? All the majors have left and now so have the service companies. Baghdad will blacklist everyone so how exactly will the Kurds oil/gas Industry work. No money from Baghdad, can't borrow from the traders like last time. Their Industry would have to go "underground". Haven't Baghdad stated the Kurds are smuggling oil? Baghdad are going after all 17 companies.

Who will all those in danger of being blacklisted side with?

TSC's for PSC's or Zero. Or will they end up in the "elites" KROCPOT?

Newly appointed NED is utterly unnecessary- other than for her Bermuda experience in "business combinations" currently serving for IGI in a similar NED capacity as they merged...
Buy as many as you can and hold.
