Not true johnyboy cos for a few years I was quite bullish about the field/licence. Something that Carroll and a few of the other multiple avatars choose to overlook as it doesn't fit with their agenda of misleading and lying. However I then did a lot more research about all the BS that RW was pumping out, spoke to several people "in the know" and altered my opinions on the company and field. And that's what really annoys you ramping suckers innit:-)

Broadford even if Sundays court decision goes in favour of the Kurds that will only result in Baghdad upping the anti to ensure they get what they want. Yes I agree it looks very much as though production is falling quite fast.

The FDP has been developed by the new owners.
Once sale announced - delisted within a month - and all the FDP and CPR stays out of the public domain.

There is no schedule. It is being sat on until KRG /GKP deem it appropriate to announce it.

Oil price

Oil is quiet ahead of Sleepy Joe’s meetings with MbS later today, expect nothing, even if I did have spare capacity I wouldn’t shove it out now…Whatever the market thinks about Covid, inflation, recession, US rates etc I would be surprised to see any significant weakness and before long the Hedgies will be starting to get twitchy and buy back their recent sales.

Going to be interesting to see if 200 holds.

If it does not.....we are going to get a death cross with share price going under the 200 day MA.......which will accelerate the decline as the algos take over.

On the plus side we have RSI = 35.....so, not too demanding.

I guess it also depends on the oil price.

The $/bbl SH discount has been increased (this possibility was recently mentioned by the company)
OR
A combination of the above.

Apologies to all for being a little late however I've been very busy reading various articles and documents. These are pertaining to the ongoing arguments between Koruptistan and Baghdad, legal opinions as regards the Iraq/Koruptistan oil Industry with special references to the various Court cases and of course the illegality of the PSC's that came from the Court decision back in February 2022.

Having read all these opinions as well as those from an eminent legal house I have to ask, "do ya feel lucky, well do ya suckers"?

Baghdad's "blacklist" has already had a major effect and will obviously start to gather momentum.

As I've mentioned before, Baghdad are extremely serious this time and will keep going until they get what they want imho. Will the Courts of Arbitration favour them?

It does look as though the risks are increasing. There will be those that will again say its Baghdad looking for a negotiating tactic but they've tried that before with the budget for 250k a day oil. That, as I predicted has failed. Just where will the Koruptistan oil Industry stand if the Courts go against them? First one up this Sunday I understand.

Very close indeed , hence the aggressive deliberate work down in the share price for the past month, and the intensity of the idiots here and at LSE talking this down.

The reason the likes of £$%Dog post 28,000 times, along with all the other sentiment inhibiting posters here and at LSE , here is because they are paid to constantly introduce , doubt and fear into retail holders new or old.
This is how BlackRock etc have built such huge cheap stakes pre a Black Swan massive multiple takeover.

Takeover is very close and will be for multiples of current share price
At least 25 quid.
Newly appointed NED is utterly unnecessary- other than for her Bermuda experience in "business combinations" currently serving for IGI in a similar NED capacity as they merged...
Buy as many as you can and hold.
