Correct & that is because GKP payments are backdated.

The payment paid today for March 2022, is now reflecting a much higher average oil barrel price than payments made before.

RTK yes the company in play.G-Dog :))That I believe to be true.However ultimately all of this depends on the existing board members remaining onside.As we saw at Genel 3 directors voted off - the beginnings probably of a proxy takeover.Going to be extremely interesting to see vote results Friday.BOD obviously nervous as effort to get us rabble to vote ( for them )unprecedented .The way to force through a hostile deal is to oust board members.We know a lot of stock is now outside top 10 and less than 50% voted last time - if they decide to vote Friday, in doing so however in order to be able to vote I believe they have to declare beneficial ownership !So let's see.

Yes you either offer a deal the BOD can recommend - or you try to put your own BOD in that will say yes.I always thought friendly, however certain signs particularly the BOD asking us Muppets to vote for them makes me wonder.
