1st April - "Long Term Incentive Plan Award"

"Following Admission of the New Common Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 211,870,502 common shares with no further shares held in Treasury."

The number of shares in issue went up by 1.5 million so everyone'a percentage dropped a tad.

Uncle Tony told us only last night and you only 5 minutes ago that apart from the vote on the divi in June nothing will happen until we restart drilling in September and until then the share price will just track the oil price.

And Garret tells me that if anything does go wrong he'd be one of the first to know about it and we'd see it reflected in Lansdowne's holding, which remains rock solid at 32.5 million shares.

So nothing to worry about, all is well.

With nothing happening until the end of the 3rd quarter of 2021 its likely there will be a sell off.

More oil ready to come onto the Market, shale in the States not far off being able to export again.

But highlander7 maintains this company is a risk free investment. Perhaps he should read nobull's post again and then pages of the risks as provided by the company.

But remember his agenda is to ramp the share hoping potential new investors will listen to him whilst ignoring all the risks eh:-) His own little P&D scheme. 10/11 years on from the other one. You must remember, the one with the XOM mull:-)

However he has now accepted that the Kozel barrels don't exist and will be dumping his shares at a modest amount. Probably at the same time that he's still ramping and inventing his usual BS and telling you morons to buy more. Cos that's his agenda.

Took him 11 years to realise but there again he's Scottish so we have to make allowances.
