Because not only do they need to pay all the government salaries along with everything else, they need the money to pay the IOCs so that they can develop the fields.

If they can't pay the IOCs the IOCs can't develop the fields can they.

The latest CPR (the fourth) doesn't have that view and bearing in mind it would have been provided with the very latest data doesn't that suggest that Kozel was just bragging about something that is clearly wrong? Doesn't the latest downgrade to 2P prove otherwise?

Who has found any of the 45b barrels in the past 12 years that the hosts regularly announce?
Are you suggesting that the hosts are ordering the company to lie about the field?
Would that be an honest way to attract inward investment? Wouldn't that be a clear sign of stakeholders and potential investors being mislead? Wouldn't that fall foul of Stock Exchange rules? How would the Insti's feel about being mislead and how would they react to such a situation?

First of all its a deal for the 2021 budget, not the all encompassing "Oil law". I note you've now altered your pathetic rant at me to admit its not the Oil law. Secondly I've never been suggesting it wouldn't be profitable, you're making up stuff again to fit your desperate argument. The company is profitable due to wiping out 95% of shareholders investment to pay down the debt who were then required to buy more shares to have any investment at all.

I note that you've also altered your story as regards selling and buying. You bought at 2p in mid 2017? Making stuff up yet again? I don't recall the share price being at that price post restructure unless you have now agreed with a few of us that the real share price is in pence.

It can be clearly seen that your arguments are all over the place which is likely down to you having to desperately lie in order to con your fellow morons.
