LSEOptions and EBT Today 08:39It was unnecessary to transfer Treasury stock to facilitate awardees to both receive and exercise options. One employee has already done so from Treasury. The issue of tad dilutive 500K to EBT also makes one wonder, rather than buy them in ?Looks very much like potential corporate housekeeping pre a sale in my opinion, no doubt the EBT would sell its stock into the offer and be used to compensate staff.

Rumours that when this hit the £1.90's that it was going to fall back lol.

STRONG BUY 😂🤡

Currently golden tickets are on sale for £1.66p 😱

I hope they don't get paid because the price always drops when they do.

Let the pointless weekend ramp begin 😂

3 Spam posts by Paul, this post voted down in 60 seconds, a Habscam post followed by 10 self ticking 😂

LSEStrong BuyOUTCOME ?Today 07:15There are 2 probably outcomes for GKP.(1) Continue to develop Shaikan in house over a number of years and pay regular dividends.(2) A sale to someone who will Fasttrack development in the shortest time possible. The KRG needs revenue. They are actively encouraging USA Oil Majors to invest in Kurdistan. The USA has a number of military bases in the country so it wouldnt be too happy about Chinese or Russian involvement.I know which one I think more probable.IMO

BUY FOR ISA RECOMMENDED:Gulf Keystone (GKP): 175pThis one is relatively easy to sum up – currently producing a whopping 43,190 bopd from their Shaikan field in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq and aiming to increase to 55,000 bopd by Q1 2022 beginning with the drilling of the SH-13 well in Q3 of 2021, GKP are valued at £369m and are sitting on a cash pile of $161mWith one of the lowest Opex around at $2.6/bbl, GKP are heavily leveraged to oil prices and with record production levels for 2021 must be loving these current oil prices – recently being described as a 'cash machine' by a well-known investment analyst. Also, with the resumption of regular payments to GKP from the Kurdish Regional Government ("KRG") for the last eleven months and the demise of ISIS political risk has diminished considerably. Repayment mechanisms are in place to recover outstanding arrears of $73.3 million too.?Confident enough to re-instate its annual dividend beginning with $25m this year and stating that with 'continuing strong oil prices, there may be opportunities to consider further distributions to shareholders this year". Growing production, growing cash, dividends back in place (possibility to grow), lowering costs, strong oil prices. Buy for growth and dividend. Risks have shifted from political to the oil price.

mock highlander,

you mean, or seek to imply, that "International Law" also applies to relations between the sovereign nation of Iraq and the semi-autonomous region of Iraq known as Kurdistan...?

Try again.

Not yet, not ever.

"Anyways its an agreement that won't last due to the natural distrust between the two sides."

The agreement has been signed off by both sides Doggie, as I posted earlier.

Its a formal Contract written under International Law and as such legally enforceable ( under that same law ) for any breaches of the Contract by either side.

Try and keep up ( and sober up by the sounds of it ).

LOL

Hasn't it been proved that its very risky investing in the last great frontier as money appears to mysteriously disappear. Could that be a reason as to why many companies have departed?

Can't agree with that Johnyboy as it looks rather overpriced to me at 1.68p what with no progress, a huge downgrade, having to add in pie in the sky C numbers and the 55k reversing into 2022.

"I agree Pensioner with $billions of investment flooding into Kurdistan"

I read that it mentioned Iraq. Has Koruptistan invaded and taken Baghdad?
Anyway they don't need the "flooding" as they've got all their own water at S6 and S12.

"coupled with their urgency to increase revenue /oil production things are at last on the move"

For "urgency" read after 11 years. Good job "imminent" wasn't mentioned.

"Passing the budget was the catalyst".

Erbil have got to hand over what Baghdad want as part of the deal but will they?

Anyways its an agreement that won't last due to the natural distrust between the two sides.

Looks like Addax is being kicked out of Nigeria because its parent, Sinopec, is not interested in developing their discoveries. Must be better stuff elsewhere.
