Well $5bn absolute minm IMO which would be about £ 17/shareBut that assumes 212m ISH shares in issue.Will they as they should have use extra unused debt facilities,to pay a proxy who should have been buying in for almost 2years ....to conc the issue ,and increase the value/share higher still ???tick tock

Ill bet they are. They need ~ $100 billion to repair war damage etc to stop ongoing Civil unrest. ( Not to mention fix the economy's they screwed up by theft ) They wont get that from Iran or Putin. They will get it from the Chinese - at a price.

So good old US of A will be the choice , and the price will be ? A deal with the Kurds and unlimited access for US INOCs - with preferential profit sharing contracts.
