I know , just saying that If people are waiting for the HCL to buy back in ( I do not blame them they are sensible ) then it hasn't happened YET. With HCL and the budget getting back in GKP at under £2 ( 2p old money) is a unparalleled bargain imo.

But the MoO said that 5 weeks ago they'd agreed what they call a final draft which is ready to go.

And the Parliament Speaker said that once the budget is approved the O&G Law will be one of their next priorities.

They want to get on and get it passed.
