Its been 11 years of predictions by different avatars of a takeaway. So how many more years will said posters be pumping out the desperate prediction before its realised that no one is interested?

Just asking like.

However if you subscribe to the belief that a takeaway will never be delivered will you be content with your little divis every year assuming the hosts continue to pay for the oil produced?

More likely its the Russian willingness to consider extending production cuts for at least another month. Why should they produce more when the current price gives them loads of $$$. Its certain not doing any harm for gkp
