Along with every other oil company out there Tony.

But if I was looking for one to short it sure as hell wouldn't be GKP.

There are far better options, GKP is too sound.

BLACK ROCK now have ACQUIRED 5.43% over 11,400,000 and INCREASING literally by the week having mugged OVER 2,150,000 from retail in FEBRUARY ALONE , as the most ,...........OBVIOUS TAKEOVER ever is IMMINENT.

Well then keep out of oil shares. At $3 lifting costs we can stand quite a bit of pain and still make great returns on the Shaikan sludge. This is still a cash cow unless oil really tanks into a negative value as it did very briefly last year. Three months ago $63 would have seemed like a miracle. You're not cut out for this thread, noreply, so I'm going to do that and put you on filter now. 'Bye.

If someone had "dumped" 100,000 shares the share price would have tanked. Oil isn't tanking. As muttley said, it overshot and is now correcting. This drip down will continue as long as the big boys are collecting. They don't like overpaying but you'll see how many they've acquired on the next shareholder list around the weekend after next.

Oil plunges on a wave of bearish news is the headline.

Strange that the usual post boy hasn't delivered that news here.

Understandable though and in keeping with the usual mantra here of only posting up the good stuff eh:-)

You surely understand that it really helps to consider all the facts in order to get ones predictions correct. A balanced view plus taking account of all the known unknowns and reality is what helps a few of us get our predictions correct innit:-)
