The $500M Advance Financing Deal (Cayman Islands bond) between Glencore and the KRG/MNR expires in January 2022.

Between now and then, the KRG have agreed monthly repayments of $29.877M – an increase forced on them and which reflects their previous inability to service the normal loan terms.

In less than 10 months, the KRG/MNR will be faced yet again with the thorny issue of how best to sell their Kurdish Blend and finance their corrupt government model.

If HCL gets done then a TO might be considered by the end of summer after a settling down period. I cant see a MOC going ahead with a major purchase in the ME when the politics are new and look frail. Hope I am wrong as I want this over like everyone else but wishing hard will not make it happen.

They have a requirement to publish results as they remain a listed company2 weeks notice is required to announce sale , calling an SGM to vote through.Then it practically delists which requires some companies House dot signing in Bermuda and here.It's 3 weeks 2 days from Monday so could announce and be delistedPersonally I expect nothing new till results then the announcement.OR a lot of RNS pre 31/3 :) Either way who cares?

If G’P is a private cy on March 31, is it correct they don’t need to publish the 2020 AR?
In case of TO, the stock remains listed on LSE three weeks. It should mean offer accepted next Tuesday.
