05/3/2021 06:11 | Analysts Significantly Bump Oil Price Forecast by Andreas Exarheas|Rigzone Staff|Thursday, March 04, 2021 Analysts at Fitch Solutions Country Risk & Industry Research (Fitch Solutions) have announced that they have made a “significant upward revision” to their oil price forecast this month. In an oil price outlook report sent to Rigzone this week, the analysts forecasted that Brent would average $64 per barrel and $63 per barrel in 2021 and 2022, respectively. This was up from a previous forecast of $58 per barrel and $56 per barrel for 2021 and 2022, respectively. Looking further ahead, the analysts project that Brent will average $67 per barrel in 2023, $70 per barrel in 2024, and $72 per barrel in 2025. The Bloomberg Consensus, which was also highlighted in the report and which Fitch Solutions is a contributor to, forecasts that Brent will average $56 per barrel this year, $58.2 per barrel in 2022, $60 per barrel in 2023, $62.3 per barrel in 2024, and $62 per barrel in 2025. “Brent rallied around 20 percent in February, reflecting tighter fundamentals and ebullient market sentiment,” Fitch Solutions analysts stated in the report. | ![]() beernut

BertieBigBalls Posts: 38 Price: 172.00 No Opinion RE: Sale by amalgamationThu 15:04 Bermuda corporate law; Sale of co is typically by amalgamation. Target , is amalgamated with a Bidco vehicle registered and owned by the buyer( buying consortia). A sale implementation agreement is entered in to to allow for a variety of conditions pre completion by SGM votes. CNPC clearly were given access to fracture and well studies, which is in the public domain. Stakebuilding is non regulated to make things even more inyteresting. GKP itself could (using a proxy) be the eventual owner of a large chunk, which would concentrate holders on sale higher still. Lets all shareholders , hold our stock and wait and see. I suspect it will be the takeover premium to "blow the doors" off on announcement. | ![]() beernut

Must be the 6-7th time we have heard this rubbish" highlander7, We all understand that the truth is alien to you but its a fact that's been proved over the years. Also how is it rubbish when its the truth and factual? Is it something that you missed whilst you were busy deleting all your garbage posts that it was the hosts that weren't paying the company which helped bring about the wipeout? You keep looking at your massive losses and the fact you require at least £20ps to breakeven and leave the truth and factual stuff to me.
