The 2019 Annual Report & Accounts detailed how the Outstanding Amounts for Nov & Dec-19 (approx. $43.7M) could, under UK Company Law, be recognized as Revenue by accepting management assurances that the "Payment Assured" procedures were still in place. By so doing they were able to state 2019 Revenues as $206.7M.
It's worth pointing out that only $150.4M had actually been received by 31st Dec-2019, with the Oct-19 payment of $12.6M being received on 1st/2nd Apr-2020 and therefore prior to compiling the 2019 AR in May-20.

The question is, will the outstanding $43.7M be received before 31st Dec-2020?
Alternatively, would it suffice for that 2019 money to be received prior to compiling the 2020 AR in May-2021 - and would that long-delayed recognition of payment then effectively destroy the "payment assured" assurances?

At what point in time would the company CFO or its Auditors feel compelled to re-state or qualify the 2019 Accounts?
