Mr Koomen and Astaris Capital Management LLP are therefore making an
aggregated disclosure of their combined holdings.

Further to the previous TR-1 notifications dated 19 August and 21 August
2020, Astaris Capital Management LLP is in the process of distributing
all of its holdings in Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd to investors in the
investment fund. This transaction is a continuation of the distribution
of such shares.

Hi,Silly question but normally I read these as either buying or selling a position and crossing the threshold.Where is it saying it's being transferred instead of them just dumping their stock?Certainly the share price indicates someone selling down their stock at any price!

Shafaq News / The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga, Lieutenant General Jabar Yawar, announced on Tuesday that a delegation from the ministry will visit Baghdad soon to reach a final agreement with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense regarding the joint redeployment in the disputed areas between Erbil and Baghdad.
Yawar said in a statement to reporters today that the Ministry of Peshmerga and the Ministry of Defense will hold a meeting soon to reach a final agreement regarding the joint redeployment in the disputed areas.
He added, "In general, we are holding meetings and discussions. There will be another meeting soon for the two coordination committees between the Ministry of Peshmerga and the Iraqi Ministry of Defense".
"The two sides have one opinion regarding the existence of close coordination between the Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi army to eliminate ISIS, especially in Diyala, Tuz Khurmatu, Kirkuk, Makhmour and Mosul", he said, "But this matter requires a mechanism between the two parties".
"until now we have not reached a final agreement on this mechanism", adding, "we have reached a common understanding regarding the points of this mechanism…we will reach an appropriate way to resolve this mechanism and then we will sign the final agreement between the two sides".

It most probably is quite simple. A few trapped in the Sothic Concert wanted to leave after 4 years at break even. Half current s/h's would probably accept same terms, IMO!
