In fact as the company explained on record they had 18 interested M and A parties , even pre the deleveraging.It will be a consortium that has won what has been a massively competitive private auction.Would be no surprise if the sale was announced this Thursday at HY.

CVX did offer in 2017And the board did turn it down$6bnEquivalent to £21 a share...Imo it will go to a consortium with the Chinese leading party£35 +

What utter piffle...

The Brent price during July was very stable - Max $44.32/bbl and Min $42.18/bbl.
The applicable discount(s) are well know and have not changed at $21/bbl (at least the company has not informed the market of any change).
These discounts include not only the quality variables plus transport & storage fees, but also the Forward Financing discounts and "distressed seller" aspects applied by those trading housing willing to touch the KRG blend.

Something changed - what was it?
(the question put is rather rhetorical, as you have certainly not been brought up to date on recent issues)

Perhaps Mr Soden will open the box tomorrow, ready for publishing on Thurs?
