I think the point being made is it's been pressed down probably since restructuring.Never allowed to come close to a realistic trade sale value.All spikes sold down ,and month after month hedge funds old and new pop up with big Holdings.It's how creeping takeovers work.google that! In this case it's compound ed by being Bermuda registered, and whoever owns the growing AWOL stock of pushing 30% now stays anonymous

Dividends LOFL. Could be forced into paying them I suppose but it would be a major error (like the buybacks) as they're gonna need every cent to survive imho.
